In an uptrend and downtrend, you cannot exactly plot a strong support and resistance line because the line wont hit 3 points in the graph. It can only be plotted on a horizontal wave pattern. So what use is plotting the support and resistance line if you are only suppose to go long in an uptrend market?

Hi, it can not be correct since Zigzag indicator is very good at backtesting! With knowledge that when the correction phase is over by resorting to zigzag indicator you can show how good your strategy is but in reality zigzag indicator is dynamic and last high and low are changing!

by E in EMA you mean, Exponential ?? & by S in SMA you mean Simple ?? Thankyou

@@issasbitani8559 MA means Moving Average line. that can be Exponential Moving Average(EMA) or Simple Moving Average(SMA). the colorful lines that he applies and combines them with Fibonacci test.
