So just for clarification, what would the reccomendation of treatment be for an individual who DOES have drug induced or substance induced psychosis? Would antipsychotics still be administered or would there be a clash between substance in the system and the antipsychotics- and how would you manage the two?
im already 2 weeks got delusion and sometimes off on.. lastime i read about religion (kaballah) , then suddenly im just thinking about false god (delusion) .. start from that im very scare.. im try fight this delusion for thinking logic but its constantly appear in my mind... night is worst symptom.. im feel like god is incarnation to somebody then im scare , this stupid delusion is to try me to believe it... how can im back in reality ? btw my uncle also have schizophrenia in whole his life ... can this antipsychotic pill be cure to me? im religious delusion .. im muslim
wrong. you should always start with 2mg olanzapine equivalent, no matter what. then after 2 weeks increase to 5mg. then after 6 weeks increase to 10mg.

it's better to give the patient samidorphan together with olanzapine as it will suppress weight gain
