butterfly fell out of its cocoon

I have an affinity with this butterfly which goes way beyond the physicality of what we believe the limits of emperical reality are. Ugh.
Our perceptions or understandings, or meanings we give to life, experiences, and situations are so limited.
Here i am... wrestling with my perception of reality and feeling like a pledging phoenix stuck in the ashes, and a butterfly falls out of its cocoon in my sunroom.
It's the birds all over again. 2 years ago I had a 3 month period of bizzar bird experiences which made me question my perception of reality. I recorded those that I could so that I could show the videos to other people so that they could tell me that what I saw on screen was reality. Ugh. And they did. It got so bad that one day a friend refused to tell me that she got chased out of my sunroom by a bird. Many of these encounters i posted on my Instagram account. Bernicecross.artist. so that I could get the freaky shit which was happening to me validated by people outside of my inner circle. Ugh
Oh Jesse... what does it matter? I don't know how to trust myself and my own perception. Ugh.
