- In this episode of Kai down under I go on a morning hike mission around the local tracks and find a new shore diving spot where I get my limit of crayfish and a fat Kina for breakfast to top it off.
Later in the day I crank the outdoor open fire up and blaze a garlic cray on the open grill.

Churr Ethan! My health has definitely got away on me lately and I don't want that affecting my diving abilities or fitness for diving so definitely making some big changes in the way I prepare my food.
The Crays aren't that shy here, the only open crays I ever see out like that one are the big brave bucks. It can actually be quite difficult to grab them because you have them easy but they can scoot in all directions, I've learnt to just pin them down hard straight into the rock, and then adjust hands to the base of the horns. Enjoyed the latest vid too bro, I bet that makes the hunt for Tuna that much hungrier, Lesssgoo!
My advice brother don't listen nor comment about negative comments people fire at you....its call jealousy. Right or wrong Carry on brother. Just focus on the positive comment simple. 👍

Good on you brother your a leader I free dive when I the on west coast just south of Ragland in the north but I had a big fall on a cliff about a year ago im just had a hip replacement when I'm healed im out there keep doing what ya doing safe jah bless 🙌
