Sir, how to shift flow chart in next page in continuation of previous page, if flow chart data/text is not clearly visible in one page because of huge data.

Hi...Yes, it makes sense to split in 2 or more slides if data is large.. you can keep a logical end in 1st slide, and then link the last box in hierarchy in slide to subsequent slide as needed...this way you can link to different slides based on which org hierarchy you want to show to next level..

more questions.
1) Can I remove or change arrow size in particular box when I used SMARTART Design layout without changing remaining boxes I found it difficult to create a flow chart as I wanted.
2) can I add assist shape or particular box for 2 or more boxes as sub heading without adding individual box of same thing.

1. You won't be able to change arrow size or so however all the possible work flows should be doable under smart art. Plz let me know any specific flow you are facing challenge
2. You can add custom boxes or shape anywhere in the slide and connect to them to your org chart.. only down side of this is that every time you make any changes, custom boxes you also needs to adjust
3. I also prefer sometime to create my own custom org chart using rectangle shape and arrows however it is little more effort to create and then any new addition or modification
