can i lawyer help to prepare a business plan for D2 visa? can I process it with minimum cost 5000 euro ? Actually one consultancy guy contact me and told his lawyer will prepare everything until I get the visa but his fees asking about 5k euro plus 5k euro to deposit in a Portugal bank, what do you suggest
