    재건축은 강남 서초 2개구만 사야함
    다들 지 돈은 한푼도 안들이고
    신축아파트 새로 받을줄 알았는데
    분담금이 5억 나온다고 하니 못하지
    1억도 버거워할 사람들이 대부분
    분담금 5억이 나와도 낼 수 있는
    경제력을 갖춘 지역은 강남 서초 2개구뿐임

    전 목동1단지 45평을 가지고 있는데 잠실 우성이나
    5단지로 비용을 들여서라도 옮겨야 할까요? 비용이 약 5억정도 들던데요 .
