    Ingredients
    4 Boiled potato
    1 Onion 🧅
    1 tbs oil
    1/2 tsp jeera
    1/2 tsp mustard seeds
    1/2 tsp Turmaric powder
    1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
    1/2 tsp garam masala
    1 tsp coriander powder
    1 tsp dry mango powder
    Salt as per taste
    Leftover idli
    Green Chatni
    Tomato sauce 🍅
    4 tbs gram flour
    1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
    1/2 tsp carrom Seeds
    Salt as per taste
    Oil for frying
    Method
    In a pan add oil jeera and mustard seeds. Let them crackle. Add onion to fry.Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dry mango powder,coriander powder . Now add boiled potatoes and add salt then mix.
    Make a bater of gram flour salt, red chilli powder and carrom Seeds with water.
    Split idli in between. Add green Chatni one side and tomato sauce on other. Put
    potato mixture between both and make a sandwich.
    Cover these sandwichs in bater and fry in medium Hot oil till golden brown. Serve
    with green Chatni or tomato sauce 🍅.
    This is perfect recipe for lunch, dinner, breakfast and for party snacks.
