For visitors from outside the Netherlands: The first 10 days in the Netherlands you MUST stay in quarantine, so do not leave the hotel room, stay inside and have food delivered. Only exceptions at the moment are Ireland, Portugal and Finland. You may leave the room on the 5th day only for a PCR test. If the result is negative you may stop the quarantine.
That is rediculous who has the time or money when most of us Americans are even lucky to get a week off a year : ( I say let us come if we are fully vaccinated with no quarantine required
@@davidvilchez2209 Your opinion about the rules is not relevant, just obey the rules. If you start by calling rules ridiculous, then stay away. And stop thinking you are entitled to anything. If you learn to behave, I have some good news, there will be likely a "corona travel passport" for people who are fully vaccinated (plus a week for it to be effective), but the exact details and starting date are not certain yet. So just wait. And when you visit the Netherlands, be civil and soft-spoken, don't block the walkway because you want to take a picture, leave every places cleaner than you found it, be humble, very polite and show more cultural sensitivity (which is rare, so maybe not as easy as you think). You don't want to be the loud or rude tourist who annoys the locals.
@@zzzowie Your opinion about my opinions doesn't mean shit to me. I'm better behaved than a lot of tourists I've seen in the NL. Idgaf what you say or think honestly
I wonder why I don't see too many movies filmed in Amsterdam. It's as nice as Paris. It would be cool to have a chase scene with Matt Damon in one of the Bourne sequels. He's on a Dutch bike speeding through town avoiding the police. Cars are crashing and even going into the canals.
