Eventually, when she retired, I did achieve her rank (GS13 ~Jr Executive) but not her position because her team was absorbed into a larger unit. Jeez her boss has prevented her from getting promotions because she was suppose to sacrifice for her boyfriends career,the boss ran to her friend and caused a big gaffe which actually allowed her to wake up a smell the rotten plan everyone wanted her to follow. Her boss certainly has balls to expect her to lie about this whole snafu.
