EDIT: I was somewhat wrong, since her Buff probably stacks with all other buffs. so you could stack magic dmg + light dmg up + dmg up + arts dmg up + crit /crit dmg up + magic res down + light res down. e.g. Ainz, Luana, Gamma, Shalltear. However this isn't a sustain and lacks artsgen + her passive is wasted on there. She might fit in better with Rin and Illya, but again no sustain, which is kinda bad for sustain content. Tbf, since she buffs up all kind of Arts/Attacks, she is a dmg support that can work with Any Team comp. Physical, magic, and every element and race. Is there a need for this ? ....no not really because you make Teams based on dmg type, element and/or race. However you pic one dmg dealer and build around that so there is no need to buff different typs of dmg unless your dmg dealer somehow switches between Physical and Magic dmg or elements I guess. She's the solution to a problem that doesn't exist yet. Maybe a bit like Demon Lord Vox when he came out, since he didn't have a meta team to shine on till a while later?

actually Vultee has one of the biggest multiplier in the entire game. when you use his Arts 6 times in a Quest then he will have loaded up "6 Bullets" Which brings him to a whooping 228000% Multiplier on the Phantom Arts

Also this is a full Human team which enables her Passive. Your main dps would most likely be illya in this case

I think she still can be fun in certain teams for nuke or light. I think she ain't bad to have, can be pretty fun.
