fire. You're on a roll Matty. My main questions is on these edits how much are they editing on s single timeline before making a fresh project. Having anything over 10 minutes has to be too CPU intensive. Your thoughts?
You shouldn't really be editing more than 20 or even 10 seconds in after effects. So 1 minutes worth of AE should be split into about 5 separate AE comps or project files
Bro you are actually fast for someone who just started using after effects like me. but you are perfectly fine for those people who are used to the software. so for those who already know how to use the after effects can actually learn more in lesser time. keep doing your thing.

I always wounder how to make motiongraphics like these I have been video editing for very long time and I always wanted to learn motion graphics but I never found out how to make motion like what I always see. Glad I found your channel keep up the good work

Could you make a video on how a long video can be done? (I know that AE is not done to make long videos).

Love the videos. My question can you make a video on how you setup projects. Say for example your making a 3 min video, how you would setup the first section (first 10-20 seconds) then into next section etc.
As long as you use basic transitions every 10 or 20 seconds you can export your 10 second AE clips 1 at a time and line them up in premiere pro. AE isn't built for editing long clips, it should only be used to create very short animations
I wish the video was longer, an hour or half, but I know that this will be stressful for you, Thank you ❤️
If I make them longer I might not be able to upload as often but it ends up being about the same if I do shorter but more of them

How did you get rid of the rectangles sharp borders? I mean when you draw and give a gfadient to the rectangle and set matte it to the shape it's sharp
I didnt get the flag bit. You make the inital flag and its paper effect matte underneath andrew but over the text and overlay. Cant you just use two of the flag animations, one beneath andrew and one with an over trackmatt of andrew? Your method got me a bit confusing as the layers are already there and the voice over is on a different pace to follow it.

I would like to ask you same, What is/are your thought process(s) for those minor details?!
Their thought process is to pick assets based on the voiceover/audio given to them because they don't have to write the script themselves it's easier for them to come up with the visuals based on the script

because if we use wiggle the edge of the video gets black so to fix the black edge or black part we use motion tile to expand the video

Could be $1000s but I believe it will be per hour or even salary. For example it could take 2 to 6 weeks to make a video where the editor will get paid a full time wage for that time

I'll have to work out a better work flow because right now I don't have long periods of time free so I have to do it in between other stuff or multi task

Why have like 30 items on the "First 8 seconds" Sequence, instead of having a "Main" sequence and other comps precomposed and put on the Main sequence only when they are done?
