These videos are not promoting this product well. The paint effect really doesn't seem to work well, as it leaves the piece smeared with paint. And what can be done with these pieces after they're made? None of these exercises completes a project.
Thank you very much for your feedback. 😊 We will share your proposal to our colleagues! 💙 This video only shows different techniques on how to use FIMO. Why coloring when FIMO clays are available in so many colors? Paint will never be as resistant as the clay color itself. If you want to paint oven-hardening clay nevertheless, you can use acrylic paints. But also acrylic paints generally must be tested first for their suitability with oven-hardening FIMO modelling clays - especially regarding resistance to plasticisers. When testing for resistance to plasticisers please correspond to the following instructions: Take a piece not intended for use, paint it with acrylic paint and let it dry. If the test surface you have painted is still unchanged after a week, i.e. it has not become sticky; the paint should be resistant to plasticisers. Best regards, Klara from STAEDTLER
You can use it as a pendant for keychains, bags, clothing or as a gift tag. You can press every letter(s) you want into the FIMO leather-effect surface. You´ll also find another example at the step-by-step tutorial for a Hip Flask Cover: www.staedtler.com/intl/en/discover/fimo-leather-effect-hip-flask-cover/ Best regards, Sonja from STAEDTLER

excited to try this product! What is that brown paper used sometimes on your videos?
Hello, the brown paper is baking paper. It is a coated paper that can be found in household goods stores. 😊 Best regards, Lara from STAEDTLER

You mean "5 ideas"? Tips sounds like you are going to explain smart ways to avoid problems or something.
Of course you can also see it as 5 ideas. 😉
I don't understand what the brown project - Happy - was supposed to be?
