    How do you do the thing where you twirl the clubs in your hand. You did it at 1:53 with both of the clubs at the same time. It’s so cool 🤩

    • @TheAnubhavdahiya
      @TheAnubhavdahiya 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      it's actually very simple and a basic skill in rg

    • @SophieCrane
      @SophieCrane  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      ahahah ty :) idk how to explain it but it's kinda just a small movement from the wrist

    Can you make a video on or give me some advice on how to get over mental blocks when doing acrobatical movements in rg ? Because I am very confident in doing a front walkover on my bed but when it comes to the floor I am barely able to do the handstand kick up of the front walkover

      i'm probably going to do an rg advice or just general q&a video next, so I'll definitely answer this in that video!

    Love these! With the last mastery, if you (stupidly, my mistake) bought clubs that don't connect, could you do it with just one club? Would it still be valid and worth the same?

    • @SophieCrane
      @SophieCrane  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      tbh idk how possible it would be to do this one with one club 😅 but you could probably do some variation of this mastery and as long as it's a small/medium throw it will be worth 0.2

    @rajindersinghsidhu4302 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Yay! New tutorial! I am wondering if the second mastery is still valid, even though it isn’t considered on the floor?

    • @SophieCrane
      @SophieCrane  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      hmmm i'm actually not too sure about that one! I'm honestly not too familiar with the new code atm, so i'll have to get back to you on that!

    Question! Why before any Gymnast goes out to do any floor exercise why do they always take a deep breaths in. Just curious cz i see alot of them do it,🤔🤔

    • @TheAnubhavdahiya
      @TheAnubhavdahiya 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      they do it to get more calm as they are nervous

    WOW, this video is really amazing and fun too! Do you think I can do rhythmic gymnastics if I'm already 12?🤔 I can do splits, over splits(not straddle split,and 40cm over the ground), cartwheel and walkovers

    • @rajindersinghsidhu4302
      @rajindersinghsidhu4302 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can defiantly do RG, especially since you have a lot of the fundamental skills already. Your age doesn’t matter as long as you like what you do. I started when I was 14 without any flexibility and I have gotten much better at it.
