Wow those homes are close together. Basement is my favorite part of this home.
Stonedog23, It is demand versus supply and also the location. Limited land space for the increased demand of new homes. You can usually get more land space with older homes or if you are willing to live further away from the city.

The ATL housing market is over-inflated right now. Most people in ATL cannot afford a $800,000 house🙅🏾♀️
