Its common Portuguese from the North, a bit different from the actual portuguese. Cana means pole/stick (more like a big stick used to the old people to manage animals). Vira means turn (180 turn) Roda it's turn (360 turn) Rusga it's a popular tradition on the north of portugal, people reunite singing and playing instruments - very popular on summer parties.
