Lol but why wouldn’t he? Look at what he’s accomplished…and I believe him. People think they have everything in life figured out but theyre clueless…. Lol I grew up being smaller than average, it made me a fighter…I was way better at it than people expected to. When I started lifting weights I remember being above average strength wise for an untrained person at nearly 30. And with minimal training and effort I realized that if I was consistent and with effort and eating I’d gain weight and strength quickly.

@@mogulme6190 THis is true but to a degree and for some people. Everybodys body is different and will respond differently. Ocho is talking about getting to 220 or even 200 pounds of muscle in a matter of a month. even if he is on gear he is not putting on 10lbs of muscle in a month.

He needs a few more years. Bro I am eating 6times a day and I do not miss a day in the gym and to be lean and put on muscle is extremely hard. I am 190lbs not biggest I have ever been is 197 and this is about 8 to 12% bodyfat. Ocho is not putting on this muscle that quick.

If you train your body properly using bodyweight, it absolutely does.
Your muscles don't know if they're pushing against free weights or not. They just know they're moving against a force.
I've had guys who can crank out endless pushups realize that number drops significantly simply by displacing the hands or slowing down the reps.

I love Ocho and 190 is pretty good for his frame but Unc is in a completely different weight class. Also, what kind of tailoring is Ocho talking about. There ain't any adding fabric back for tailoring. You need another suit if it's too small. Unless you're talking about some kind of Frankenstein's monster-looking suit. Once the fabric is cut off for a tailored suit, it's gone.
