I've got this idea to turn Waverly Hills into a survivor mega base. I mean, with my small survivor group, I'd probably have like maybe 3-4 players living there... But hey, it sounds like a crazy fun objective, y'know? Maybe the ghosts won't mind the renovations. 👻
I don't think it's the asylum because it's too far from LV although I'm still looking for the place

Although the strange thing is that reading the description of the map of Brandenburg it says that it should be called Sunderland Hills Sanatorium
