Very interessting, my idol for decades. The Bulgarian Wedding music is very interesting, because years ago I saw a vid from Steve Vai who was at that time playing and studying the same music from Bulgaria. Your vid here is a treasure of, for me, the greatest sax player since John Coltrane
Horace Silver, I saw him live in Europe, I think mid nineties, with a bunch of young guys. I think a quintet. One one the most awesome jazz concerts I experienced.
The only one that could outplay him in terms of harmony, melody, flow, mindblowing and neveranding runs, creativity, originality….was Allan Holdsworth. love MB forever and ever!!❤❤❤
Even when he plays the EWI, you can tell it's Michael Brecker right away.
There will never be another Michael Brecker!
This fantastic musician, saxophoneplayer, person! Changed my life!

My idol.
Mike was the GOAT. Technical prowess combined with emotional facility is unmatched. Only Trane comes close.
What does GOAT mean? Sorry!
@@TIMG128 greatest of all time (GOAT)
Trane comes close???? REALLY???? NOOO. Brecker MIGHT come close to TRANE........
TRANE's emotional content and compositions are unmatched.
No Michael may comes close but NOT QUITE...M.B.never experiment with the spiritual side of music
LISTEN WITHOUT ANY PREJUDICE
Michael Brecker was the famous version of what I do, and how I play! Odd that I never actively followed his career!
Jimmy Corkhill from Beookside is the famous version of me
The EWI is like an alien instrument.
