Two questiions. After pressing the triangle the ball will go to the player i ve have already selected. Not L stick is needed for the pass aiming. Is that right? Second question is how much power do i need for the triangle button?? Just a little tap if i am near at the box and more power if i am far away??? How much power?

1st question: yes the ball will go to your selected player. 2nd: it doesn't matter, just a tap is enough either way
