What he's actually saying is that "your worst day at your job should be the one where you get fired, since you don't wanna stop working at the job that you love so much"
Unpopular opinions are tough. Looking at yourself in the mirror can be tough. Negativity hurts, especially when it's true or hits close to home. Everybody has issues that they consider equal or greater than other people's. I have massive issues and I confront them, that's life. I hope you guys are okay. I give a lot of tough love but that's how you grow as a person. It must be hard to weed out the garbage and hate from the actual concern and advice. Some people know what they're talking about and some people are just arrogant. How would you know which is which when there are thousands of comments. I get it. It's easier to brush off negativity and criticism, dismiss it as such, rather than consider it. At a certain point, there's so much, you kind of have to just ignore it all. Only way to get some sleep at night.
