- A day in the life of a nomadic family
One early morning, Maryam wakes up and realizes that her son Kian is not feeling well. Worried about his health, the family decides to take Kian to the doctor.
They call Shahab, who is a family friend, and he arrives to take Kian to the hospital. At the clinic, doctors perform an electrocardiogram (ECG) to check Kyan's heart health. While Kian is being examined, the rest of the family take the children to the park in the traditional Muharram clothes Shahab bought for them.
However, the children cannot play freely because they are worried about Kian's condition. The doctor examines Kian and recommends that he go to see Dr. Tabbinim, a specialist, the next day.
Depressed and exhausted, the family returns home, hoping that Kian will receive the care he needs and that he will recover soon. A nomadic lifestyle, while enriching, can also bring unexpected challenges, and the family must overcome these difficulties with resilience and compassion for each other.
This narrative highlights the family's concern for Kian's well-being, their decision to see a doctor, and the subsequent impact on the children's activities. It also mentions the family's nomadic lifestyle and the challenges they face, such as dealing with unexpected illnesses and maintaining their traditions and routines.

Maryam you must stop working Kian as if he’s a man he’s still a child, those blocks or to heavy for him or the girls to be lifting. Hire some body or just stop adding on. You’re doing to much yourself. Those kids needs to be kids with toys and bikes. All you think about is blocks and sand. Put those kids first. Where is s Cobra and Ali? Camera man please get those kids some bikes and balls and toys. Please tell Maryam to not used those kids as laborers. That’s why Kian is having chest problems along with breathing problems. That child never get much play time or rest. And she needs to not let those kids be waited down with taking care of that baby. To much!! Bring Ali and Cobra back.

Kian puede ser que tenga una insolación. Y el es muy pequeño de edad aún y hace trabajos muy forzados a lo mejor por eso le duele el pecho.

mariam por que tu primera habitación la tienes tan descuidada cuando la hiciste la pusiste muy bonita pero despues de la segunda habitacion la tienes descuidada fea todo se ve sucio y desordenado ya la alfombra no tapa completo el piso no entiendo porque bueno hay un dicho cuando hay santos nuevos los viejos no hacen milagros. te digo esto porque te regalaron hasta la goma espuma para que le colocaras al piso y la tienes tirada en el gallinero. debes arreglar tu habitacion que este ordenada y bonita de nada vale tener casa grande y toda fea y descuidada le arreglaste la fachada y fue muy bueno pero por dentro ahora que la vi se ve horrible fatal fea

Bien miraba yo en el vídeo anterior que nuestro niño Kian.. no se sentía bien.. pues eso de cargar blocks y estar haciendo mezcla con arena y cemento es muy fuerte para Kian.. todo ese trabajo de construcción es muy pesado y el aún es un niño.. espero en Dios que se mejore y se sienta bien de salud.
