You can DIY these using quart size FREEZER real-brand Zip loc bags and filling with water retention soil crystals. I believe the amount is 1-2 tbsp. I forget on that count, but I forget.
For the ladies, they can make things more usable stable by fashioning a stiff piece of flexible 6-8 inch long plastic that can be connected securely somehow in ring/circle form and insert and fold over the freezer bag as you would on a garbage can.
Those freezer bags in particular have a thicker mil of plastic and can generally be trusted with quality and their zip containment structure. Aim for bags close to 3-4 mils thick if going the route of non-brand zloc, to be safe.
If you check the SDS (section 3) on these items the ingredient is the same. The same product is the diaper crystals, as mentioned, the fake snow science / craft stuff, and what's used in the RV or bucket potty product addition packets. Also, those vomit bags, and infused in puppy pads, baby diaper liners, and bed pan liners.
If you can get it in bulk at a garden supply store or just the gardening section, it's much cheaper and you can put them in everyone's car.
Alternatively, you can use pine sawdust ($5 at Rural King or a similar store for a big compressed bag last I saw), pine shavings, vermiculite, and perlite. These are the base 'active' products on several spill, blood, and vomit clean up kits.
For some reason, at thrift shops they always seem to have adult diaper or puppy pad packs. It would be bulky, but you could conceivably use these with gallon size zip storage bags. The non-freezer kind since the diaper or pad will catch and hold a lot of the liquid.
I went down a rabbit hole one afternoon cross-checking all these products online.

Hi! Your videos are very helpful. I know you had retinal detachment surgery several years ago and you have answered several of my questions. I was wondering if your eye felt different after the surgery. I had the surgery over 13 weeks ago and after the gas bubble was gone, my eye felt different, like there was something behind it, in front, peripheral and sometimes felt like it wanted to tear but didn’t. I also have a cataract now. They state it is dry eye and have been giving eye drops/gel but doesn’t help.
Do NOT pour contents out and reuse. Zip it shut and dispose of it in garbage.
Cont’d. Did you experience any of this? My vision is blurry and the cataract Dr states he can probably get my vision back to 20/25. How was your experience after RD and cataract surgery?

Sorry for late reply. Did you have a buckle? That might be why. But my eye doesn’t feel like there is something behind it.
@@allritythen no, no buckle, it’s dry eye, been treating for a while now and is slowly getting better, need to get it in good shape before the cataract surgery…..
What if someone taste that thing after solid
