Some mesos? Are they ok on a cut/bulk? For every muscle? Just some? How long can u do them for? How do you decide if you even need them?

Putting the top of the foot down like that on the split squats reaaaaaally shows you how much most people push off with the back leg. Quick way to get humbled.

LOVE the squat with the knees and feet pointed out!I do leg presses in a similar fashion.It hits the adductors as well as the booty.A very difficult area to hit is those adductors.And that “ adductor” machine?Just doesn’t hit like feet and knees out squats.Such a great exercise.🙌🏻😤

I worked nightshift for 6 years but it was only part-time which made gym progress easier to make, even still I would say be careful if your job is also physical and the potential fatigue carried over to your workouts. Obviously, sleep is no.1 but if it can't be helped then I would do shorter gym sessions, less volume, less intensity, wouldn't recommend going to failure on every set of each exercise if you know your not going to sleep well the next day/night. Positive adaptations will be slower and harder to make if you are constantly sleep-deprived. There may be times where if I slept less than say 4 hours I would NOT go gym, not worth it, id rather wait till I catch up on sleep then hit the gym hard as long as I know I can have enough time to sleep and recover the next day/days, somtimes it may be wise to not workout at all if your lack of sleep gets that bad beacuse itll just add to the stress your body is already under and potentially be more catabolic and just bad for your overall health markers.
There seem to be a lot of muscles involved with these exercises other than the glutes , wouldn’t bridges give you the same stimulus with a fraction of the fatigue?
It would be neat to see a few videos specifically for naturals as well. No judgment of course, it's just natural and enhanced will have different thresholds and recovery, which matters when folks out there might be watching some of these videos and wondering why they cannot achieve certain training regimes (or musculature)

Mike i noticed dr wolf talking about training adductors and abductors with isolation but u seem to never do this? Do u feel its important to train them directly or do they get enough work alreadu from squats etc?
New studies show a seated leg curl puts the hams under even more stretch than a lying leg curl and produced more measurable hypertrophy. And if you lean forward while seated, even more stretch!

Breathe as deep as you can, and also frequently, long brakes between the sets, and it will improve overtime. Just more air.
