      @@NikkiKirk I subscribed to you the moment i found your videos. You are my favorite.
      Your vids stopped being recommended for a bit. Algorithm.
      Partly my fault bc I focused on other things for a minute.
      I think that channels go through ebb and flow, but will grow anyway.
      I super appreciate your content, and have binged it lately, so hope that makes up for my temporary lapse.

    Is there no issue with the reciept? If someone alarms for not authentic can you prove it?

    • @nicolerempfer9110
      @nicolerempfer9110 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I also wanted to ask about the Ross receipt and issues with proving authenticity if there was an IP claim, since Ross doesn’t provide the UPC on the receipt.

    • @amyhicks3091

      I just came to ask this exact question. I've avoided Ross and similar stores for this reason.

    • @FuzzFam
      @FuzzFam 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I believe the general guideline is to take a photograph with the receipt and the Ross (or Marshalls) tag next to each other. That connects the two and shows Amazon that you purchased a new item.

    • @NikkiKirk
      @NikkiKirk  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can take a photo of your receipt next to the barcode to show Amazon should they ever ask but I’ve not had any issues personally. I haven’t had to show a receipt in over a year and when I do I just point it out to them that this is this item here.

    How do you sell cologne on Amazon? I noticed I'm not restricted but theres a hazmat label added to it. I know FBA isn't possible for it but would FBM work? Sorry if you mentioned it in the video rt now I'm at work and can't hear anything.

    Did you end up getting any under armour? I read on some website that UA issues IP complaints. I barely got ungated for it but I didn't see many sellers on the listings so I looked it up and it said it was high risk for IP complaint.

    I did retail arbitrage in 2016 and did well. I stopped and started Shopify. I did fairly well there, too. I even hit over $20k a month with POD but the margins are only 20% and get worse when I attempt scaling I just got back into it on Monday (7/12/21).... I was brought up to speed watching your vids for the last several months, as I realized A LOT has changed since my first time!
    However, my knack for finding some things is still pretty good. I less than an hour, I found something that costs less than $15, but profited over $24 on FBM and just over $14 on FBA..... I bought the entire display and went home!!
    Now, do I go FBM or FBA? Never did FBM when I did it back in 2016. Also, I went to Walmart with my resale certificate and got my card, so, saved on taxes as well! I didn't do that in 2016 either...

    What do you do if Amazon asks you for invoices from a fake product claim? I heard this can shut down your entire business if all you have to show is a store receipt and not an invoice from an actual supplier. This is the sort of thing that keeps me up at night. Thanks in advance

    Hi Nikki
    I appreciate all your videos.
    Im starting to go in to Amazon selling and trying to get all information I can get in so im going though almost all you videos but I haven’t found how you started Do you went like solo or you have a LLC ? for sure you have it now .
    Do you need a seller permit?

    • @NikkiKirk
      @NikkiKirk  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I started as a solo and you don’t need a seller permit unless you’re in a state that requires you to pay sales tax yourself (Florida, Kansas or Missouri)

    My local Ross is thread bare in the inventory and goods on shelves. Everytime I go there, the shoes are gone, the dresses aren't worth it (cheap/Chinese stuff), the toys are cheap/Chinese stuff (no name brands), the athletic wear is gone. Even the beauty shelves are lacking inventory. I think other resellers get there and strip the shelves. :) It's not worth it for me to source at Ross.
