- On this episode I'm going to show you how to make these ADORABLE mini Shepard's Pies! A Shepard's Pie is made with Lamb, while a Cottage Pie is made with Beef. The meat is mixed with onions, peas and carrots and then topped with fluffy mashed potatoes. I've also added a little cheddar cheese and a parsley leaf to each one to continue with the colors of the Irish Flag (Orange, Green and White).

Can you freeze these
You absolutely can! Which is another reason I love this. You can freeze them for 3 months after that the quality can change. To thaw them out you can put them back in the same muffin tin you made them with and bake them at 350 for 10-15 minutes. You want the internal temp to be around 200 degrees.🙂 I hope you like them!
