its really good, though one complaint i would have is that (from what i know at least) is that in the movie her parents arent neglectful, just busy. Its clear that Coraline isnt used to not getting attention and they litteraly just moved in and her parents are just getting used to their new jobs there. We only see the first week of the family moving in which is usually the busiest. At the end of the movie/ when a litttle more time passes you can see Coraline getting family time again. Aside from that detail you did really good for your first reaction. Hope part two keeps up the good work.
