The reason it got so much controversy and hate and threats to ban baus is because people were emulating him without understanding Baus' playstyle is like a 1% talent almost nobody else has. He's just too outrageously smart and has godly gamesense, while most of the lowbies trying to emulate him feed on FoTM champs, let alone Sion who outside of Baus' gameplay is arguably one of the worst tanks in the game. Which just results in a fed enemy toplaner in like G1/P1 with your Sion having no clue how to maximize efficiency of deaths. They just think that dying repeatedly doesn't matter as long as they get a hit off on a tower. That's not how the playstyle works.
