Use the FramedBlocks mod, to get ramps. I think the half slab ramps will be your solution. If you don't like triangles in minecraft, check out the Chisels & Bits mod, to make square pixel ramps.
the issue of this one was that i had the LOD set to a low value (causing the copycat panels to act like full blocks and getting the truck stuck), in the second video i had that fixed so climbing blocks actually worked properly
