:SPOILER ALERT:
Part of the contract Keichi has with Belldandy secretly seals his sexual desire. Belldandy was actually aware of this and later in the series when he was told of this fact, she felt ashamed for keeping this from him. The reason for this seal was because Keichi wasn't the first guy to have a relationship with a goddess, there were several before him and all those relationships ended in tragedy. So the seal was included to prevent this from happening again. In the story due to circumstances prior to the reveal of his sealing, Belldandy and Keichi canceled their contract to then reinstate it. This removed the seal and Keichi started to notice Belldandy in a different way, after that, he was told of the seal. There is a happy ending but I won't say what happens, you'll have to read the manga.

I have a guestion, Anime : Ah My G0ddess seems like there's 2 different version? I saw the version of 24 episode and the animation was quite more old than this, is this a ova?

The OVA was released back in 1994, this footage is from the newer TV series came out in 2004 after the AMG movie in 2000 helped spark new interest in a longer/more accurate adaptation of the early manga plot arcs.
