A room coming over a kitchen is a major Vastu dosh. Ideally no one should occupy that room otherwise they can face major & critical health issues

Suppose Entry is in north, east or NE, but opposite to it there is one other flat then will it bring positivity in the house?
Vastu principles are the same, but yes if someone else's door is coming infront of your door, that does play a role

@@VastuShastraVideos Thank u soo much mam, one question more , my home is north facing and i have 3 feet chat extensions in every directions of home then main pillar and the wall , should i consider full chat measurements or only from pillar to pillar for getting 16 directions and brahamastan . There is a small personal verandah in front of our east facing main door .verandah entrance is south facing. So can we close the verandah with a security grill door or wodden door.if we use wodden door will it give a main door impact (as the direction is south)

Mam first floor ka ghar rent par lena ho to entrance first floor ki dekhni h yaa main gate ki entrance jyaada effect karti h
Since you will only have the possession of the first floor then you should consider that only, though the main entrance will also play some role.
house ke samne drainage is bad lol so during rainy season then your house will be in flood .
