Out of the box, the appearance was much better than I thought. The look pops, it is comfortable when walking (considering its a thinner sole etc.), light weight and great overall design.
Comfort is good.I like the combo of laces and a strap, and this combo (as well as the tread pattern) is straight from the VFF V-Train model. The upper on these is like a breathable neoprene, very comfortable and decently breathable. I imagine it dries quickly, but haven't gotten them wet yet.
I like them for the price. They're about as durable as any shoe. I tend to walk/hike/bike a lot in my 'everyday shoes" and only keep 1 or 2 pairs of non-specialty shoe, and these last as long as anything else (and longer than most VFFs).
If you're like me, I was hesitant to try the good minimalist water resistant shoes. I have some of the cheap ones, and I thought, how can someone run over terrain in these? I get it now, these are worth the extra dollars, way worth it. The fit, the comfort and they look kinda cool. I would get cheaper tennis shoes to kick around the house and work outside. I seem to sacrifice something with the cheap shoes, I am going to get another pair of these. You don't have to sacrifice anything with these shoes, they are great.
Notification squad, alert! I always engage with your videos as soon as they're posted. This one has me intrigued, and I might just have to make a purchase. Nice shoes
In terms of the hike, it feared well, considering that I go a bit too far at times when testing my gear (part of the sole cracked, but that was to be expected).
I live in hong kong also a locla today i just went to the lono experience shop which happens to be hugging inside a coffee shop couldn't find them initially 😂 try them on for the first time and i can immediately feel the difference see where will it takes me down the road!!!

I wore these Lono Wear shoes today. Very comfortable!
There's definitely a demand for this product. Thanks for the video!
That looks like a blast. I think my kids would really enjoy it.

Where is this product manufactured? I like the zero drop
The technology is rapidly evolving; just a few years ago, we didn't have options like this.
What are you talking about, minimalist shoes were all the rage 15 years ago and fell out of popularity. Why? Well podiatrists loved them lol 😂
This product is one of the best on the market for its price. It's a great value.
😊
Excellent video. I'm definitely going to grab this product after watching your video.
All in all, it's a great shoe for the price and I intend to continue buying from Whitin!
Can I order a two-pack so I can give some away as gifts? I need these for my hiking excursions

What does zero drop mean?
It means the sole is the same thickness across, unlike most trainers with a higher heel which disrupt your alignment 🤓

Great video, Adam. Your expertise in this field is impressive.

How much toe space do you have?
If we put Hybrid in the name more people will buy them! Why, we don’t know? People just seem to like the word “hybrid”.
