Overall, I think it would lead to Walt and Jesse meeting with Gus how they were originally intended, with Gus having a slightly more positive opinion of Jesse early on, which might make him more receptive to actually punishing the dealers who were using kids and preventing the Walt and Jesse vs. Gus scenario. I’d say this is one of my favorite episodes, it was really well thought out. Everything that happens is plausible and makes sense. My only quip is why don’t Marie and Walt Jr have any doubts about Hank after the meth was found in his house

He's cold blooded murderer but man it's so great when he's nice and trys to comfort people. Also Gus winning was my favorite part. This is my 2nd favorite story you've done so far. Mike escaping walter is my #1. I look forward to the next one.

There's only one problem with this timeline: if the DEA arrested Hank believing he's the one behind distributing the blue meth, Gus continuing to sell it will prove that there's more to the problem, and might lead to Hank eventually being proven innocent.
Walter White fits the W.W. from Gale's meth related murder, which would lead them to believe there must be a larger distributor than just Hank. Looking into Gale is what led Hank to recognize the strange connection to Los Pollos Hermanos, the laundry place, and Gus Fring. It isn't too much of a stretch to say that another DEA agent could piece that together eventually.

I think this is the most plausible timeline you've proposed yet!! I didn't even consider how jessie might still leave town, or how gus would still be curious about jessies potential involvement in a cu against him. Very very clever, and arguably a happier ending..at least with less casualties walts family's even more screwed pfft.

  • @LordBloodraven
    @LordBloodraven ปีที่แล้ว +3

I went back and rewatched this arc to consider how this would have played out. The Unforgivable deed that Mike was willing to do, pinning the entire criminal enterprise on Walt and Hank was high reward, but at an extremely high risk. The biggest risk is a storyteller like Saul Goodman. This would have quickly devolved into pinning the blame on the cartel trying to discredit Hank by targeting Walt and planting the evidence.
Considering the timeline of recent events, it would have been the perfect defense to create reasonable doubt in the jury.
First, an anonymous tip came in that Hank was being targeted by the Cartel.
Second, Hector Salamanca came in to distract Hank and his protection detail with a false offer to snitch.
Finally, Walter (an accomplished chemist) had gone unprotected by the DEA and was then snatched with money and drugs being planted in his home and on his body after being killed, with more meth being planted in the homes of Walter and Hank when the DEA protection detail were elsewhere.
The goal of this would be to avenge the Tuco, Leonel and Marco by discrediting Hank and targeting his family.
As for the meth and drugs planted in Hank's home, Hank's own protection detail would have swept the home and could testify the meth and money had not been where they were found when executing the search warrant, resulting in additional doubt being created as to the evidence's true provenance.
While Walter's family would manage to avoid jail time, the damage to Hank and the DEA's reputation would leave Gus free to continue his enterprise with Jesse's successor.

Your Gus voice is pretty solid, and this is a genius idea for a series!
My only advice is you are writing actually really well, but Vince Gilligan and the writers room are so talented. These characters have a very unique way of speaking. You could improve your quality a lot by thinking carefully about the lines spoken especially by Mike, Gus, and Walt. But several characters, there’s so much inside the way they communicate.
In any case this is really really good you have to keep it up 👏

  • @TwilightxKnight13
    @TwilightxKnight13 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

It would not have been anywhere near as good as what was televised, but I thought (hoped) that maybe Walter seeing Jesse with Andrea would have snapped him out of his ego and reminded him why he did all this in the first place. He still would have killed Fring and destroyed the lab, and everything else though Face Off, but after they finished a bunch of cooks using the exterminating cover, when Mike decided to retire, Jesse and Walter would agree and they would have sold the remaining methlamine to Declan and they would all be out of the business without even having to leave the area. Since Walter would not have needed to kill all of Mike's "guys" he never would have been introduced to Uncle Jack. At worst, Lydia would still work with Todd to keep her International deal going. When she approached Walter to help, he would just refuse. It is quite possible she ends up killed for failing to meet the demand of the dealers/distributors in Europe.
Being an engineer with experience with chemistry, if I had gone through what Walter did, I would hope that I would have opened my eyes before it was too late. As Mike said in Say My Name, had Walter just learned his place and set his ego aside, they would have all been filthy rich and free and clear.

What if Tuco killed Jesse instead of beating him in hus compound?
What if Tuco killed Jesse in the desert, but just when he was about to kill Walt, Hank appeared and shoot him?
What if Tuco killed Jimmy and the skaters in the desert?
What if Walter broke bad at the begining of BCS (he develops cancer early)?
What if Kim stayed in HHM?
What if Jimmy and Kim never tried to ruin Howard's reputation?
What if Jesse never dealed drugs?
What if Walter joined the DEA?
What if Walter killed Skyler in Ozymandias?
What if Lalo didn't call Hector after surviving the murder attempt from Gus?
What if los primos and Tuco believed Hector, and started a war against the cartel for Lalo's actual death?
What if Jimmy never made a Chicago sunroof?
What Walter actually killed Jesse in the park when Hank was following him?
What if Walter's cancer never returned?
What if followed the leads to Heisenberg instead of going directly against Walt first?
What if Jimmy didn't got intimidated by Walt the first time, and stopped working for him?
What if Marie found out about Heisenberg instead of Skyler?
What if Mike and Gus got killed after the dead of Don Eladio (Joaquin shoots them, before being killed by Jesse)?
    And at last:
What if Nacho killed Lalo himself?
In this last one, he stayed in the house, hidden, just to be sure that Lalo was actually dipossed of, because he knows how deadly Lalo is. So, waiting for his oportunity, he sees that Lalo leaves his guard down to sent a message to Gus by using the last hitman alive, and then, boom, he shoots him.
Now, there are 2 things to consider here:
    1. Nacho and Lalo can an epic fight/gunfight scene; a quick death for Lalo with a head shot, or, my favourite, Nacho shooting him several times to have time to step in Lalo's injuries and letting him bleed out (ofc saying hin waht he thinks of him aswell).
    2. After this, Nacho still has to be on the run, but maybe Mike manages to force Gus into not blamimg him, since (ironacally) Nacho killed Lalo himself, therefore securing that he won't be threat anymore. Also, ofc, whether Gus kills Nacho or not, things would remain the same for him in the long run. But this means, that Howard would stay alive and Kim and Jimmy would remain togheter for the events of BB.
    3. How the point 2 affects the BB universe.
