    I became interested in Bukashi. Investigating the matter on TH-cam. I want to tell you two things: first, that it's lovely that you introduced the talented teenager who technically coats the equipment, it's so important in our era that young boys will facilitate support and encouragement from men. The second thing is that I learn about the bokashi and Your video teaches, and the trick with squeezing the bottle, and so knowing that the solution is active, is lovely.

      I'm glad that you found the interview informative. I agree with you that youngsters need encouragement from potential role models. Talyn is a great guy and has a big future ahead of him

    Much better than the recipes I see people using to make their own Bokashi bran, and a lot less trouble. Thank you.

    Hi thankyou for your videos. I have a few questions
    *Once the first batch of EM1 is made as per your video to make further batches from the expanded batch how much is needed for the next same sized bottle.
    * How much molasses to re feed.
    *How many times can we do this before we need to use the mother em1 that we intially purchase for another batch.
    Thankyou in advance for your help.

    Can you use treacle, golden syrup, sugar etc instead?

    • @ligayagarden785
      @ligayagarden785  ปีที่แล้ว

      Any sugar source, though molasses has more nutrients in it

    Make your own emi by washing 1 cup of rice with 2 cups of water and strain off cloudy liquid. Let set in a container covered with a cloth for 3-5 days. This is now emi to mix with molasses.

      It works well but it this technique brews a lactic acid bacterial culture and doesn't contain the range of microbes in an EM1 solution. It is however still very good.

      You can spray it on vegetables but don't pick them for a few days after you've sprayed and make sure you give them a good wash.
