"Without Prejudice" is a trap. What we want is "Authorized Representative" (UCC 3-402 b1) because it makes us NOT LIABLE on the instrument. Using UCC 1-308 compels us into UCC!!! Exactly what wedon't want. "Authorized Representative" under UCC 3-402 b1. The default is UCC 3-402 b2 making you liable to the strawman. We want a Military Power of Attorney to explicitly express this type of signature. Courts and attorneys do not follow the law, and why "without prejudice" doesn't really work with them. Attorneys are the "sovereign citizens." We should be using UCC 3-402 b1 "Authorized Representative" around our signature.
