Easy Meatloaf & Yummy Green Beans

This easy & delicious meatloaf & green beans is my go-to way of cooking in my home! Watch this simple video with Cooking it up With Ro!

Meatloaf Ingredients:
2-3lbs lean ground beef (sub w/grounded turkey)
1/2 green pepper
1/2 yellow onion
2 pieces bread cut up (can sub 1/2-1cup bread crumbs)
2lg eggs
2-3tblsp ketchup
2-3tbsp worcesteshire sauce (sub steak sauce)
Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl/pan & mold into loaf. I used a 9×9 baking pan.
Bake at 350° for 45-50mins
