Hello Tom👍👍 Wonderful and easy day at Cimbrer camp, relaxing time with you and Cornelius in the forest retreat. Interesting historical information about the Norse gods, so many cultures and just as many mythological deities. Whether it's real coffee with salt or Chaga, the Signature Cimbrer 😉 addition gives the seal of approval. Great video, well filmed, thanks for the trip to Cimbrer Camp. See you in the next one. Enjoy!
A very good and informative piece ! I ,too, believe they are very important....and that is what we should follow! Anyone else can have their own support systems,beliefs..! Thanks for sharing 👍!You can do more specifics for a blot..the details for it are very important ,to do a proper offering...!? 👍🍻🐾🐺🧙♂️🐺🐾🍻👍!
Good to see you and Cornelius out at your camp making time to do a video. Thank you for sharing about the Nordic gods from your history, very interesting. I hope to see you soon. Take care my friend. 🇺🇲🔪🌲🔥
Thank you so much Jason 🤗 and I hope and your family will have a wonderful weekend. I’m glad you enjoyed my video from CimbrerCamp and looking forward to seeing you again on my next one 🏕🔥🐕🌲 Tom
Its very interesting how the history of the vikings and how all the gods played a role in there survival and well being . Even in their fertility and having babies. I love it . You sir have a great knowledge of how your ancestors came to be . You are a great teacher Tom!!! I would love to drink a cup of Chagga coffee with you Tom. Great video as always Tom!! Take care and stay safe my friend !!
Hello Tom and Cornelius, so good to see you back at my very favorite place. I missed Cimbrer Camp and hope you spend more time there. Love the stories, you are an excellent storyteller. Cornelius is turning into quite the guard dog. Chaga is a favorite among Alaskans here, it is a houshold staple. We have been collecting and using it for ages. Love seeing the Cimbrer Camp waving in the wind. Thanks for sharing.
I have a good amount of Chaga that I infuse, just as you are doing. While Chaga seems expensive, the lumps can be reused up to three times. They still produce a strong beverage. The infusion is also enjoyable when cold. It is neither as aromatic nor as acidic as coffee bean beverages.
Very interesting! Thanks! I find it fascinating that the Giants, were in reality, the huge forces of the Natural World! Neither good nor bad. That makes perfect sense to me. Wonderful! And I love chaga! Again...thanks for this and ATB.
Thanks for your positive words 😁👍🏻 I’m glad you enjoyed it … and understood what I was trying to explain Looking forward to seeing you again soon 🐕🏕🔥🌲 Tom
Great video Tom, my little dachshund Loki love's hearing her self talked about. Nice to see Cimber Camp as well. Should have named Cornelius, Fenrir with the growling and barking. Stay well, looking forward to the next one. 😉
It is great seeing you back at the Cimbrer Camp with Cornelius. I would like to see you design and fabricate a stand to hold your fire-anchor with the kettle and/or the cooking pan arm over your Cimbrer Camp fireplace. The use of the anchor system is just too cool and old skool not to use. I genuinely appreciate your work. SKÅL, Paul Barrett Edmundson

Hello my friend, And Welcome back! I love all the info you share with all of us. And as you was splitting wood for the fire i see you little puppy was wanting some to chew on, That is what i gave my little puppy to chew on because it keep them from chewing up the table legs at home. Wood wont hurt their teeth and all they will do is just chew on it until they get tired of it
Thanks for the video, we have one Þorrablót every year here in Iceland, in this festival we eat traditional food like harðfiskur (dried cod), all kinds of food products made from sheep, head for example, liver, fat etc. Many of these have been lagered in milk acid.

Ha ha than you definitely need a Troll cross 💪🏻😁😈 Thanks for your always kind and supporting words my friend 🤗 and for following me on my adventures 🏕🔥 Tom
Great video my friend, through out history and in different cultures the history of the God's can get construed and misunderstood. It's great to learn from someone who was born in one of the homelands and get the actual knowledge. Thank you, and see you next. time
Hej Tom.
Don't recall if I mentioned this before: there's a meadery that started up in 2019 here - one of their meads is called Blue Chaga; blueberry and chaga - veeeeery tasty!
No I didn’t know that 🤗 but I’m sure I would love it … two of the best things together in a bottle … mead and Chaga 😋 Thanks for the info 👍🏻 I’ll see if I can get some of it 🐺 Tom
Hej Tom, from N.S Canada. I love your new series and your personal connection to the gods you mention. It's great that you distinguished between what some people might claim as being the most important gods in Norse Mythology and what gods are important to YOU. I commend you for that. And now I'm off to search for a cluster of Birch trees to score some Chaga. Wish me luck!
Thanks for the information on the Viking Gods and sharing the figures you keep in your workshop to keep you safe. Cornelius is so curious. It's great how you encourage him but also set limits to keep him safe. I always enjoy when you visit your cabin. Thanks so much for sharing and as always, I eagerly anticipate your next installment.
Hi Tom! What an interesting class on Viking mythology. Now in Europe we are learning it through television series. Interesting. I would like to try "chaga" tea sometime since I always hear wonders about that drink. In Spain I have not been able to find it. A hug friend Tom, I'm very glad that Cornelius and you are well. Greetings from Madrid!
It’s not very likely that you’ll be able to find it in Spain 🇪🇸 but who knows 🤔 maybe your lucky. Thanks for your hug 🤗 Miguel and for joining Cornelius and I again 🐕🏕 Tom
Love the lessons on Norse Gods , still searching for Chaga here in the North of the UK , so far no luck though . Be Well my Friend , Strength , Honour and Respect , love to the Family Tom .🙂❤👍
Hey Bob - I am also in the North of England, but I have a place in Sweden - probably won't get back there until winter 2022, but I can find Chaga there when I do get over - let me know if you'd like me to find some for you
Great info. Love the videos my friend..We all need to get back to nature , even if it's for a short while. As a human race, we mustn't forget our roots, and appreciate all our ancestors trials and tribulations..........................lest we are doomed to repeat their mistakes and forget their learnings. I will certainly have to try some Chaga! Cheers
That’s right my friend 😉👍🏻 our heritage is very important for our identity and also interesting to read about. Thanks for your feedback and for coming along 🏕🔥 Tom
The video was very informative and enjoyable Tom. It's always good to see Cornelius the guard dog he is such a good dog. I will be leaving next Sunday for my camp in Maine for the summer there is plenty of Chaga there I've found plenty of it in the past it has many medicinal purposes the American Indians used it for all sorts of remedy's. Have a great day be safe my friend ✌️
That sounds great Norman 😁👍🏻 and I hope you’ll have a great season in your summer camp 🏕🔥🌲 and thanks for your feedback and support … stay safe 😉🐕🇩🇰 Tom
Really interesting Tom. If you ever get the time it would be great to hear more in depth studies of the gods and mythology. Guess that's me being lazy and asking you to do all the research so we can sit and listen Haha. Really good video. Thanks again
my theory is that the Vanir as being fertilitygods, are a remembrance of the early neolitic settled agricultural cultures like the natufians from the neolitic fertile cresent 12000 years ago, and the Aesirs as being wargods is a remembrance of the proto-indoeuropean yamnaya from the nomadic steppeculture. 5000 years ago and the marriage och the two clans of gods is a symbol of the marriage of the both cultures that still inhabits the dna of europeans today.
I thought sometimes it the three family of gods Asar, Vaner and Alfver, was representation of the cultures straight before the viking era, a part missing that there was Norwegian seakings that lived arround the Norwegian coasts controlling that piece of land and the sea outside of it, in the middle the Sami people and arround the Gulf of Bottnias coast in the part now called Norrland that was not a kingdom rather a culture that was on both what is now the Swedish side and the Finnish side, a culture called Helsinge (Helsingar are mentioned in the Eddan) it was a culture without a written language so later the Swedish crown assimilated that part in the middle ages and started to erase the oral history and made sarcassric jokes about denied it untill the memory in our history totally erased it, but the Helsinge culture was quite succesful traders and there are several findings tnow in our times that suggest it wasn't a part that was behind in technology making iron and so on (before they teached tat it was), in the Finnish inland it was a totally different culture also that wasn't connected to the scandinavian cultures. My guess was that these different gods in that time where worshipped within thoose different groupes and when viking later ruled it was only their gods left with few exceptions were they have merged some Vaner into the group of Asar. I the medivial times the Helsings were seen as good warriors mostly because they seemed to be bigger an taller , described as one head higher than the swedes other soldier, check out about fighters like Starkather and Hartben. There are a lot missing from the time up to the viking era, but also the time untill the late 18th early 19th century where there are a great expansion from the church who started tu build churches like the never did before, the belife in nature and it's animistic and mystery and mythology that the church wasn't able to crush untill late 19th early 20th century says there are a lot untold in later history also that was either censored by thr crown or the church. A person like Viktor Rydberg (tomten är vaken) and several others that wrote about the nordic vikings era in the 19th century was doing it on the mission from the church, Viktor Rydberg was first a jew, then he became a communist but when the french communards and other 19th century revolutions failed he went to Rome and got education from the catholic church before going back and write the history of the vikings.
You sure knows a lot about that subject Anders … waw 😁 and I appreciate that you want to share it with us 👍🏻 Appreciate having you onboard my little Viking longboat brother 🏕🔥🐕🇩🇰 Tom

I liked your explanation about the Gods and the Goddesses well explaind top . P.s there is a Danish car manufacturer called zenvo that only makes hyper cars that most of us can't afford that uses mjölnir in its logo . Maybe a fun fackt. But it was another interesting video. Greetings from the Netherlands 🇳🇱🇩🇰👌🏼😜
I see Hugin and Munin behind you! Good overview of some of the Norse deities. On another note, does chaga have caffeine in it? Thanks for another great video!
Finally caught up with my TH-cam and watched this video. Love the little idols of the gods. Freyr is also my dog’s name. How did you choose Cornelius for your dogs name? X
THANK YOU VERY MUCH Tom Dear friend - May be if it's ok by you for the letter B you can educate me about Viking's Boats - See you at your next video 🌲🌲🌲
great video as always. question is your dog's collar not too tight? I haven't gotten in touch for a long time, we've been very busy in the last few months. then our dog charly died. it has all been pretty hard and still is but his brother finn is still with us which is very good .but he is suffering too. keep up the good work with your videos. greetings to cornelius may the norse gods protect us all always.
Thanks buddy 🤗 I appreciate that a lot. I’ve checked his collar and loosen it a bit 😉🐕 thanks. I’m glad you enjoyed my video and that you came along 🏕🔥🌲 Tom
When we look at a feast table, our bodies tell us what we need: sugars for energy, proteins for strength, etc. When we look at statues of gods, we are drawn to the one(s) who will help us deal with problems :strength, courage, fertility, etc.
↟↟Hey Tom🙌🏻 When l saw ghe God without a hand l thought it was Tyr)🤔 I had the temerity to name my cat Lokе😼..he fully corresponds to his name))😈 Thanks for Your stories about the powerfull Nordic Gods↑ my Friend.. Skål✊🏻🐺🐾

Do you watch Norse Magic And Beliefs and The Wisdom Of Odin youtube channels? Can you suggest any other old Norse YT channels? BTW, good video. Your friend, Robert.
TH-cam Asatru Folk Assembly -- they have three temple buildings in the USA now. I have been quoting the leader, Matt Flavel, in my Summary of Odinism article.
Absolutely 😉👍🏻 and I’m following his channel as well Sometimes History channel has some great videos about the Viking culture … and I know Bull Hansen also talk about the subject. 🏕🔥🇩🇰 Tom
Thanks for your feedback and question in English 🤗 It’s not instant coffee I come in my kettle … but coffee grains … but I’ll say two spoons of instant coffee in a cup of hot water 🏕🔥Tom
Hello Tom, you destroy the healthy ingredient with 1.5 hours of cooking. Leave for 20-30 minutes, then air dry. Boil tea 3 - 5 times at about 80 * C Udo 8)
Mange tak min kære venner for jeres dejlige kommentar.

@@cimbrerbushcraft-vikingheritag loved the history lesson.
Great video my friend, through out history and in different cultures the history of the God's can get construed and misunderstood. It's great to learn from someone who was born in one of the homelands and get the actual knowledge. Thank you, and see you next. time
Thanks a lot my friend 🤗 I appreciate your kind words and loving support very much

Don't recall if I mentioned this before: there's a meadery that started up in 2019 here - one of their meads is called Blue Chaga; blueberry and chaga - veeeeery tasty!
It is also veeerrryyy good for you!!
Mmmm, some matured cheese, cured meats and a horn of mead!
No I didn’t know that 🤗 but I’m sure I would love it … two of the best things together in a bottle … mead and Chaga 😋 Thanks for the info 👍🏻 I’ll see if I can get some of it 🐺
Tom
Its good someone makes video about gods. And its good there is so many. Cant wait next one. Keep up good work my friend.
I’m glad you like my video about the Nordic gods 😉👍🏻and grateful that you joined us again my friend 🏕🔥🐕
Tom
Hej Tom, from N.S Canada. I love your new series and your personal connection to the gods you mention. It's great that you distinguished between what some people might claim as being the most important gods in Norse Mythology and what gods are important to YOU. I commend you for that. And now I'm off to search for a cluster of Birch trees to score some Chaga. Wish me luck!
I certainly will Daryl 🤗 and hope you’ll find some Chaga
Thanks for your feedback and for joining Cornelius and I again in 🏕🔥🌲🐕🪓Tom
Thanks for the information on the Viking Gods and sharing the figures you keep in your workshop to keep you safe. Cornelius is so curious. It's great how you encourage him but also set limits to keep him safe. I always enjoy when you visit your cabin. Thanks so much for sharing and as always, I eagerly anticipate your next installment.
That’s wonderful to hear Barb 🤗 and I’m grateful for your visit to CimbrerCamp again. Atb to you 🐕🏕🔥

Thanks for your hug 🤗 Miguel and for joining Cornelius and I again 🐕🏕

Love the lessons on Norse Gods , still searching for Chaga here in the North of the UK , so far no luck though . Be Well my Friend , Strength , Honour and Respect , love to the Family Tom .🙂❤👍
Hey Bob - I am also in the North of England, but I have a place in Sweden - probably won't get back there until winter 2022, but I can find Chaga there when I do get over - let me know if you'd like me to find some for you
Thank you Ray , but Please do not Put yourself out on my Behalf , But such a Lovley thought ,very kind , thank you ! ,Be Well Friend .🙂

Really interesting Tom. If you ever get the time it would be great to hear more in depth studies of the gods and mythology. Guess that's me being lazy and asking you to do all the research so we can sit and listen Haha. Really good video. Thanks again
Thanks Don for your feedback 😉 and kind request. Maybe I’ll do that video sometime 🏕🔥Tom
my theory is that the Vanir as being fertilitygods, are a remembrance of the early neolitic settled agricultural cultures like the natufians from the neolitic fertile cresent 12000 years ago, and the Aesirs as being wargods is a remembrance of the proto-indoeuropean yamnaya from the nomadic steppeculture.
You sure knows a lot about that subject Anders … waw 😁 and I appreciate that you want to share it with us 👍🏻
Appreciate having you onboard my little Viking longboat brother 🏕🔥🐕🇩🇰
Tom
Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with us 😁👍🏻 It’s VERY interesting and I guess your thoughts are very likely to be true 😉. Thanks for being a part of my crew 💪🏻🇩🇰🔥🌲
Tom
The gods is not in your DNA. They are in the higher realms and non-human.
And also, it has nothing to do with "europeans" but to Nordics and their descendants. Whereever in the world they are. It's not an european thing!
Hello Tom,
have you now that you could Grind the Chaga in to Powder in your Coffeegrinder ?
Great Job you did.
Salut Walter 👍
Yeah I know that Walter 👍🏻😁 but then you can only use it once … the chunks can be used 3-4 times and I like that
Thanks for your feedback and suggestion 🤗🏕🔥🐕

No Viking DNA in me but, I love your show about the old gods. I am of Scott and maybe Pictish. I know nothing of our old traditions and gods.
Maybe you should look into that Brenda 😉 it’s very interesting and fun to read about our ancestors 🏕🔥

I liked your explanation about the Gods and the Goddesses well explaind top . P.s there is a Danish car manufacturer called zenvo that only makes hyper cars that most of us can't afford that uses mjölnir in its logo . Maybe a fun fackt. But it was another interesting video. No it doesn’t 😉👍🏻 and it’s extremely healthy for you 🤗so if you can find it you should try it out 🏕🔥🌲🐕

Finally caught up with my TH-cam and watched this video. Love the little idols of the gods. Freyr is also my dog’s name. How did you choose Cornelius for your dogs name? X
Well it’s my daughter that named our first dog 🐕 and since this one looks exactly like the old one I chose to call him Cornelius as well 😉👍🏻

then our dog charly died. it has all been pretty hard and still is but his brother finn is still with us which is very good .but he is suffering too.

When we look at a feast table, our bodies tell us what we need: sugars for energy, proteins for strength, etc. When we look at statues of gods, we are drawn to the one(s) who will help us deal with problems :strength, courage, fertility, etc.
That’s a great way to look at it Jack 😉👍🏻 like that and grateful for your feedback and for joining us again 🏕🔥

Hello Tom,
you destroy the healthy ingredient with 1.5 hours of cooking.
Leave for 20-30 minutes, then air dry.
Boil tea 3 - 5 times at about 80 * C

Hej Tom ,
Mange tak min kære venner for jeres dejlige kommentar.
