As an aging squash player I find that these technical guidelines are especially useful. The videos on this channel are well thought out, concise, and very well organized. I will watch this channel regularly.
Really good vid, which ball do you use for technique training and the ball shooter, I struggle with finding the most "realistic" type of ball for that as i dont know how much bounce a yellow dot ball has on average in a low-intermediate level squash match.
Hi Alex, thanks for you comment. I use the double dot ball for both technique as in the ball canon. The canon warms up the balls inside, so to make the bounce as 'real' as possible I use the official match ball of dunlop.
These videos are are useful. The descriptions of shot placements were easy and elegant.

Thanks Arve!
Couldn't agree more. Love the content.
My favorite part in all of Seb’s videos is “Let’s get into it!” And it’s never more than a 15-second wait.
Great channel. Subscribed after watching one video. Like the commentary, sound quality and of course, the instruction. Please keep up the great work.
Super clear
thank you, good luck!
Great video!
Very instructive video. Thanks for the tips
The volume is quite low in your videos. Good quality, just the level is lower than most other channels.
I will look into it, thank you, do you find the same with the latest video?
Subtítulos en español por favor!!

Please lose the music. Not required and distracting.
