You had said blood sweat and tears! And guess what, theres their song titled Blood Sweat and Tears indeed! And its frickin sickkk, please check that out!
You're right, it would've been hot, I think they filmed it in LA. They performed this live on Jimmy Fallon as well: they shut down grand central station at 3am to do it. You should check out Daechwita by Agust D (suga from BTS) like everyone says
You need to check ON at Grand Central Terminal on Jimmy Fallon show. It's phenomenal 🔥🔥🔥 For introduction to the members, check out This is BTS: the seven members of Bangtan or Introduction to BTS by xceleste. Thank you for reacting and enjoying BTS. Looking forward to seeing your next reactions 😊
You said ''Blood, Sweat and Tears'' and they actually have a song called like that so you might wanna see it, it's one of their best videos in my opinion
There are tons of videos on youtube with their interviews, and also there are videos that introduce each one of them, so it would be nice to check it out. Also, you can do Black Swan, that is a very beautiful song. When you get to know them better, you can react to their solo songs, and maybe some performances since they are very impressive. Thank you for the reaction :)
There are many introductions and all have their value. I think the best one right now is one by Ida S called An introduction to the 7 members of BTS (2021 update). Very thorough and goes over each person and their role/contribution to BTS. Other intros talk about BTS as a whole or their discography or their contribution to music. Honestly I think watching the different intros help build a better picture. Another good one is by Asian Theory called The Most Beautiful Life Goes On: A Story of BTS and this one goes over how they joined and their contribution as a whole with a bit of their discography.
To me it feels like the camerawork was the 8th member in On Kinetic Manifesto. The camerawork and editing really did enhance everything in this already hyped song. On another unrelated note - you have very beautiful eyes.
To know BTS there are 4 videos made by *XCeleste* These would be enough to get the background. 1. This is BTS 2. From Nobodies to Legends 3. BTS Hardships 2013 - 2021 ( very important to know this, it will make you understand some of their lyrics) 4. This is BTS Army ( very important, because it is about us, ones you communicate with).
There are behind the scenes video for this worth checking out. It was shot in LA January last year. Thankfully not in summer. Lol. This song is from the Map of the Soul:7 album. The album is inspired by Carl Jung's "Map of the Soul". This song, Black Swan and Shadow Interlude all reference Shadow from MOTS. BTS song goes much deeper than the words we read off the screen.
Whe I started to watch their content, I was super impressed by the MVs. Little did I know, they do the exact same choreo as in the MV live WHILE SIGNING LIVE AS WELL. Compared to them, most western artists arent even trying XD They are crazy talented and hard working people and they are genuinely nice. I am glad you are enjoying their work as well. Thank you for the video :)
They filmed this in LA! And yeah, it must have been super hot. The members have said a lot of times that this is their most challenging choreography so far (another very tough/impressive one is “Idol”, if you’re interested ;)) - just the stamina to do this AND sing live during performances is insane! They have a “MV shooting sketch” video on the other official youtube channel Bangtan TV, it should have English subtitles but if it doesn’t, a fanmade channel Bangtab Subs will have it. They just show some behind the scenes footage of rehearsing with the background dancers and filming this video.
It was shot in early January, 2020. I don't remember having a hot day during winter in California when I lived there in the 80's. Usually on average the temperature was about 9-11 Degrees Celcius but of course nowadays, world climate is confusing.
Yes BTS so Perfect on their Choreography! They are 💯 in their practice, Choreography, and their live performances. BTS is so Stunning and Amazing. The Got Four Awards for this Video from MTV awards! I💜 BTS Forever!
The line “gotta go insane to stay sane, throw myself fully into both worlds” is about how it’s literally impossible for them to find a balance between their own lives and work, so they just break themselves a little more every day by putting their whole heart into both. It’s something they talk about a lot, struggling with their mental health and having to pursue their own seperate passions in their free time and find things to cling to so they don’t go crazy from the fame
It was filmed at the Sepulveda Dam in LA, which is a water-control storm drain. It has been featured in several Hollywood movies - usually crime dramas. Great reaction. I caught some new perspectives even after seeing it hundreds of times.
The MV was shot at Sepulveda Dam, California. You can see that they filmed all day - watch the shadows cast by the background columns. Also check out Black Swan, Fire - 1theK version, Tiny Desk Concert so many!
Watch Carpool Karaoke with James Corden. Best 15 minutes you’ll find! And you get to see their different personalities. They’re really a hoot when they’re all together. Also recommend Flinch with James Corden, Interviews with Jimmy Fallon and any Run BTS episodes. Also, there’s another version of On they did at Grand Central. Truly amazing! Borahae
I think a great intro vdo is "This is BTS" by xCeleste. It provides a good, quick overall context to them as a group... and also "The Most Beautiful Life Goes On" by Asian Theory -- very well-edited, with enjoyable narration following a chronological storyline. It's easier to react to compared to one without narration which can get confusing when you have to read the captions and try to follow the action/visuals/music simultaneously.
This came out last year, just when Covid-19 hit the world. Till this day they havent performed this with a real live audience present!!! And Dynamite, Life goes on and Butter too. Yoongi warned us about that, that we have a lot too look forward to 🤯🤯🤯💜💜💜🇱🇺🇱🇺🇱🇺
Yeah they were hot lol, this is in LA. They have a behind the scenes video for this and you can see just how hard this was to make. Not only were they working in hot weather in those outfits, but they also have said this is the hardest choreography they have ever done. Thanks for the reaction!
I just love seeing people go down the BTS rabbit hole and fully appreciate them for all that they bring! Thank you for giving your genuine, well-paced, and insightful reactions. I can't wait to follow your journey deeper into this rabbit hole, you've just got a new sub from me :)
They were definitely sweating. There are behind the scenes of the shoot and the staff were drying the off between shots 😄. As far as introduction videos go, An introduction to the 7 members of BTS (2021 update) by Ida S is probably the best and most updated one right now. Definitely recommend it.
Just so you know their are behind the scenes for their MV’s if you are ever interested in watching them. Also I recommend reacting to these: 1.Who is BTS Introduction to BTS by xceleste 2. An introduction to the 7 members of BTS by Ida S 3. The most beautiful moment in life by Asian theory Enjoyed your reaction!! Thanks for reacting!!
omg this made me so happy !! i get so excited to see people react to them and their music and their dancing it’s just, so cool to see people’s reactions. i cant wait to see you react to more bts :))))
Thank you! There are many other versions, dance practices and behind the scenes to this song....in all your 'free' time you should watch some of them! I love the cinematics in the Official MV...it's more like a short film....but I also love the extended dance breaks in the practices. As others recommend, the one at Grand Central Station is amazing as well. The young lady (@18 yrs. old), front and center, of The Lab dance company is this song's choreographer, Sienna Lau from LA...she has a youtube channel as well and has choreo'd other songs as well. I'm enjoying your reactions .... you good, keep going! ARMY grandma
LOL, in Dynamite, Suga wears a Tune Squad shirt under his jacket. You should watch the Danger dance practice, to see how much work they have to do to get everything in sync. Watch Spring Day, then Spring Day explained, then the Dance practice all in one reaction. This is the Queen of BTS songs, has been on their charts for 4 years now.
🙋🏻♀️ from 🇺🇸 Silver Army here 👵🏼 Your interpretation of the lyrics are spot on 👍 As for why they are not sweating , if you watch athletes you'll see the sweat pour out after the event so I am sure BTS can't wait to throw off their jackets and seek shade 😰 I enjoyed your take on this video and I am looking forward to your future reaction videos 💜
There is a behind the scenes video that shows them making this MV. You should also check out their live performance of this at Grand Central Station for Jimmy Fallon. It was filmed in LA. Only two BTS MVs have been filmed outside of Korea... Black Swan and ON... both in L.A.
In there behind the scene they were talking about the heat and mentioned how they were use to humid heat so when they came to la where it’s dry heat, they didn’t sweat as much
just waiting for you to see their live performances at award shows. your jaw will drop. i recommend 2019 mma and mama and 2020 mama and mma performances. you'll see why they're the best in the world.
I recommend watching their performance of this song in grand central station, you can definitely see the sweat at the end - their live vocals are insane. I believe this was filmed in LA, they actually have videos showing you the whole filming process for nearly all their songs.
i found your channel kinda late but subscribed without hesitation. but man! you're diving into the bts universe, u can expect more and more with each song bcz it will always be beyond ur expecations, do give " we are bulletproof: the eternal" a try, its the song that made almost all of ARMY cry.
Love the reactions! BTS- Your Eyes Tell is a Japanese single that's honestly my top 5 ot7 songs that's a beautiful song you might like. I'm not saying it's a Louder Than Bombs comparison but it's got beautiful voice quality and great lyrics
It was filmed in a famous dam in LA (Grease and Fast and Furious filmed in same location) they literally had staff with fans and blow dryers between takes drying them off
If you check out the grand central performance on Jimmy Fallon, it’s just so damn impressive that they do this challenging choreo and sing at the same time. I’d recommended live performances once you know them a bit better. Their more ballade type songs especially are even much better in live performances. For MVs for songs with choreo, Mic drop, blood sweat & tears and black swan are my favourite.
also i would recommend the most beautiful life goes on: a story of bts. it breaks down literally all their milestones and introduces them and stuff. it’s super cool and inspiring !!
They don't sweat because there are cuts in betweens. If you want to see this choreography live, watch their performance on The Grand Central Station with Jimmy Fallon
Sufi sufi sufi, if you want to see their badass in dancing more, please check 'Danger' dance practice. Please please please. Its hellaaaa sick I swear you will be blown away!
Theres a shooting sketch for this and you might wanna watch BTS ON COMMENTARY DIALOGUE. ucla marching band is behind this music plus their amazing vocals.
To get to know them better you can react to: 1.This is BTS|introduction to BTS| by xceleste 2.The most beautiful life goes on: A story of Bts: by The Asian Theory 3 . An introduction to the seven members of bts by Ida S. Love your reactions 😊😊
The film location was Sepulveda Dam in L.A... so yes, it was super hot. 😄 they do sweat, but it's a controlled environment where they can be touched up for the close up shots. If you watch any live performance though, you can clearly see them sweating buckets. Or the behind the scenes video of this mv, you can see them between shots and how miserably hot they were during filming.
on a side note, they are so so in sync even when they are not dancing. They have been living together for 8+ years so they literally mirror each other in their daily lives now, it is freaky 😂
Two things surprise me in ppls' reactions to OKM. Almost nobody expresses amazement at Jimin's leap over Jung Kook at the start of the dance break. And everyone is surprised at the coordination of the choreography, the synchronization, but isn't it the same thing as singing In harmony, or singing parts in a multi-part song? It's the same principle. You work with the beat, you work with the lyricism, and you could build a story, either with your voice or your body. In the case of BTS, with both. You let the music enter you, and you express it, with sound, movement, or both. If you have the capability to feel the music that deeply, and you have rhythm, either vocals or dance are things you should be able to do, with enough practice. Nice reaction. Thanks. They did sweat. This is in LA, and it was brutally hot. There are a couple of shooting sketch type videos, on BTS's BangtanTV channel. One is a run-through, non-stop, where they were testing the drone programming. No backup dancers on that one. Things that make BTS unique in the world of very popular musical artists are their kindness, their sense of humor, their playful creativity, and their 100% dedication to the work. Which last is, as you noted, what OKM is about.
"On" actually has a original MV and it's great. Please check that out. If you watch some of theor lives and concerts you'll see they sweat a lot. Watching their interviews would be really nice too. You'll see some of their personalities. And there all a lot of documentaries too.
You got the message of the song perfectly! 👍🏼 For intro vids to get some background, it'll be good to do one vid on the background of the group overall (eg. BTS Crash Course 2020 by suga&spice or Intro to BTS by xcelest) and then another focusing more on the 7 members (eg. intro to 7 members of BTS by Ida S) For non-intro vids, check out their NPR Tiny Desk performance? It's live, casual sit-down performance of 3 songs and u can get a glimpse of their characters and dynamics there:)
they definitely sweat (like look at some concerts from 2015-2016) but having staff taking care of them helps, also some of the members have said how they sweat less as the time goes by, no wonder considering how much dancing they do constantly
You should really watch the Making of for Kinetic Manifesto Film! See how hot it really was and all the hard work that goes into a dance video like this
It was choreograph by a young talented choreographer name sienna lalau. She is the first person when the camera zoom in & out from the frame 😊 Yes.. Please react to their blood, sweat and tears.
*If you want to name the faces and voices I suggest you watch "BTS TINY DESK CONCERT"* (turn on the CC button, it shows you the names of who is speaking) and you can see them sing sitting down .. *also "An introduction to the 7 members of BTS"* by Ida S. there is a behind the scene of ON kinetic manifesto .. maybe you want to check it out .. they used drones
If you check out some of their live stuff ( MAMA 2019 is a good one) you will see the sweat! They have an amazing team behind them which literally wipes the sweat and uses blow dryers between sets at their concerts so they always look great! I recommend Carpool Karaoke with James Corden. It really let's you see their personalities.
They have a sing called “blood sweat and tears” just to let you know if u do react to that song in the future, the song is based off a book called “DEMIAN”. So in Blood Sweat & Tears, the difference between wanting to sin and resisting against sinning is shown (=> a fight between good and bad angels) the song was released in 2016…. The concept was kinda like their adult ceremony song, breaking away from their youth era and into a more sensual concept. The entire mv takes place in a world in between life and death. (this is also mentioned in Demian).
Oh no he said it…. He wants to know their names. There’s no going back now🤣
hahahahaha
And down the rabbit hole we go ...
I only wanted to know the name of the one with mint green hair! xoxo 💜
So true! 🤣🤣🤣
This is how it started for all of us, like let me just check out their names real quick and now we're here 😂
If you want an introduction video to watch I would strongly recommend " An introduction to the 7 members of BTS" by Ida S.
Yes, please react to this one since this is the most updated one. Thank you!
The best one !
Rip to this reactor. Once you learn their names, there’s no going back 🤣
YESSS I REALLY HOPE THAT HE REACTS TO THIS ONE EXACTLY
Yes, that introduction is fantastic. My biggest take away was learning that each member helps write and produce the various songs. It's so impressive.
You had said blood sweat and tears!
And guess what, theres their song titled Blood Sweat and Tears indeed! And its frickin sickkk, please check that out!
Yes, this song & MV is EPIC!
He also said Ddaeng. Guess what? There is a song called Ddaeng as well. 😄
BST is the first song I ever heard from them. Jimin's entry into that song gave me goosebumps.
@@olimakiella It's my first song too!😁😁 And it became my favorite. It's the song that turned me into Army.😁

Eu amo o bts
React to daechwita from agust d (Suga)
This song is my anthem when I need something to give me motivation to push forward when God sh*ts in my dinner. Thank you.
*YES YOU ARE RIGHT :)* try to watch on your own the *BEHIND THE SCENE OF THSI* 😄
Oh boy, you should watch the live performances ❤️
Mic 🎤 drop is freakin awesome 🔥 No more Dream introduces them in the beginning
"On" actually has a original MV and it's great. Please check that out. If you watch some of theor lives and concerts you'll see they sweat a lot.
Watching their interviews would be really nice too. You'll see some of their personalities. And there all a lot of documentaries too.
PS That was done in LA at the River. Aquaduct. If you ever watched Grease you’ll recognize it.
You got the message of the song perfectly! 👍🏼
For intro vids to get some background, it'll be good to do one vid on the background of the group overall (eg. BTS Crash Course 2020 by suga&spice or Intro to BTS by xcelest) and then another focusing more on the 7 members (eg. intro to 7 members of BTS by Ida S)
For non-intro vids, check out their NPR Tiny Desk performance? It's live, casual sit-down performance of 3 songs and u can get a glimpse of their characters and dynamics there:)
they definitely sweat (like look at some concerts from 2015-2016) but having staff taking care of them helps, also some of the members have said how they sweat less as the time goes by, no wonder considering how much dancing they do constantly
You should really watch the Making of for Kinetic Manifesto Film! See how hot it really was and all the hard work that goes into a dance video like this
Do Dynamite, Save Me, and Spring Day. They’re some of their best songs and all totally different moods too.
It was choreograph by a young talented choreographer name sienna lalau. She is the first person when the camera zoom in & out from the frame 😊
Yes.. Please react to their blood, sweat and tears.
Its in Los Angeles. They performthis live on Jimmy Fallon .
There is dance practice for this. Its FIREEEEEE 🔥 🔥🔥🔥
They did this Live at Grand Central in New York!
Oh they sweat. Watch the behind the scenes!! Its crazy
Btw, love your reactions! Hope you watch their background and gen to know each member. Love 💜
This was filmed in LA, I think at Sepulveda Dam? Yes, it was crazy hot. I don’t know how they did it, tbh.
