I think BMC or MMRDA( whatever it is) really needs to revamp this place with more cleanliness( proper bins at every 50 meters ), more greenery, proper footpath replacement( with good tiles ), proper cycling path beside the footpath( or just proper parking place beside it), proper pedestrian control lighting and why the heck the paint of the buildings located at the marine drive has not been restored? They should really do it! This place has a lot more potential than it is. It will just take a matter of time to elevate the beauty of this place.

@@abhimanyumeel3599 it's your misconception. Look at Delhi Kolkata Bangalore Hydrabad. Infrastructure is far good and roads are far cleaner. Mumbai is financial capital just because of we all Indian's pleasure. And central govt funding. I am not saying that by any bad intention.
