14:44 in my city there is one infantry, regiment and commando(INDIA'S 3rd best commando force ghatak force) training and headquarters. And fitness of the each and every soldiers damn!! because they r getting trained regularly and brutality I have seen abs of many soldiers after there training they have totally a perfect physic even all r handsome soldiers also very very polite (even I have abs😅) and they say that they never touched a single gym equipments all r connected with soil so y they r way too stong. And majority of the city area is own by INDIAN army . I daily go for workout with my friends not in gym but in open area of army(coz defence aspirant) that area is full of greenery and mountains and I go at 4am and commando and other soldiers have started already at 3am and I can clearly hear that roar of soldiers from 2 km away it self only 3 line could be heard

And I would like to tell one thing I respect INDIAN police because all do very very hardwork to defend Nation and make sure that we r safe salute to all
