    this was a great tut and a lovely bracelet. it is a little ornate for everyday use. i am going to try making one that does not go beyond the instructions where you added that last clasp, will make wonderful tennis bracelet for everyday use. thank you for the instructions and the idea. i love the way you give all the help with making lovely items. you are great.

    I just finished making Gina's Royal Beauty bracelet and it turned out very well. Thank you Gina for your design and for the very detailed tutorial. This was my 2nd attempt at bead weaving, and just followed Gina's instructions

    Gina this is such a great design that you could probably go without the crystal cubes or change/or change the color of the roundels. Great work with your designs and teaching methods. I'm a newbie and your instruction is concise and very easy to follow and understand. Awesome work!

    • @GinasGemCreations
      @GinasGemCreations  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, you could definitely change colors, that is why I don't write colors in the material list, I always recommend playing with colors. I think trying a pearl or other glass 6mm round should work instead of a cube...have fun!😎

    This is a favorite bracelet of mine! I've made them in lavender, dark purple, Aqua, and just finished one in blush rose Swarovskis that is really lovely! It's such fun to make too! They don't take a long time considering how intricate they look.....just great! Thanks for sharing the pattern on TH-cam!

    G'Day, my Lovely Gina, As promised here is a short note to tell you how much I loved this video. I am playing catch up here and can hardly wait to see the matching earrings being made. I love the colour choice you have chosen and can imagine any colour of cubic crystal working really great with this design. I agree, adding those extra rondles really lifts the design. I can see by the number of views that this has indeed been a very popular design and one can say it's been a winner! Excellent design and with those matching earrings would make a beautiful matching gift set for anyone. Particularly in those colours with Christmas not that far away. Now on to the earrings video. Blessings my little bit of Fabulous.... see you in the next video.

    Gina, you should really look into finding an artisan that could make you some personalized tags or toggles to add to your creations because someday I predict there will be collectors of your jewelry that would like to be able to authenticate the piece as a Gina Creation. Your work is fabulous and worthy of collection. To be worn and cherished forever. Although you have provided detailed instructions for this bracelet, there will never be another exactly like this one. I sit in awe of your work, amazed at the skill and generosity you have shown to fellow bead lovers such as me. Thank you, and God bless the hands and eyes that create such beautiful beadwork.

    Really beautiful. I wish there was a ❤️ button for this. Your design is not only prettier but seems easier to create than a sorta similar design with a ladder stitched base. Your bracelet is beautiful even before adding the crystals. And the RAW allows for light to go through the back of the cubes, which really makes a difference for the translucent and transparent cubes.
    Now I know what to do with the cubes I got as part of a grab bag. Hope they’re 4mm. Anxious to try this great design.
    TFS!

    • @GinasGemCreations
      @GinasGemCreations  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, I saw that design you are talking about, I think it is a knock off of my design. An attempt to change it enough so that it is not the same. Which is fine by me. But, this one I think is prettier, because, like you said, the light shines through. I am very happy you like it.

    Hi. Your bracelet is beautiful, even and does not twist 😍. Mine is very stiff and curls like a spring. I use TOHO 11 / o, 15 / o and 8 / o beads, 3/4 mm crystals and 4mm cubes. I use 0.18mm fishing thread for threading. I don't know what I'm doing wrong? :( 😭

    • @GinasGemCreations
      @GinasGemCreations  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It is the fishing line, if it is traditional, clear monofilament fishing line, that is the problem. That line always twists and curls, that’s why I don’t use it. You need Fireline, Nanofil or Wildfire, or even Nymo beading thread, any of these will work better than Monofilament.

    I just finished this bracelet. After I following each step I added 4 of the 11/0 seed beads between each rondell. because I'm pretty sure my rondels were much larger than what is called for...so it just looked unfinished even after adding the extras.. well anyways I'm very happy with how it came out. THANK YOU for sharing with us Gina! I hope to see more easy projects like this one. I'm a visual learner so your step by step video tutorials are so helpful. Love the bracelet....How much thread did you use? Did you say 2 wing spans of fireline? What do you mean?

    • @GinasGemCreations
      @GinasGemCreations  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      A wing span is when you pull your thread the length of your arms held straight out like wings (including your torso, of course) from finger tips of one hand to finger tips of the other hand. Two wings spans is doing it twice. You start with that, but may need to add more. If you do not know how to add thread there are several videos here on you tube that show you how. If you are using Fireline you can extend it. There is a video call "joining Fireline for bead weaving" search for that title and it will help you.

    Gorgeous project Gina like all your jewellery. I have 25 4mm swarovski cubes but none of the 3 x 4 rondelles. Can I substitute these for either 3 or 4 mm swarovski bicones? Thank you.

    I will try to make this but with bigger cubes! (The 4mm cubes I have, aren't cut the same way, so they don't look as pretty!)

    This is a beautiful piece! I am working on mine now but my seed beads don't look like yours. What is the brand name of your beads and where do I get them. I am going to go ahead and complete what I am doing just for a practice piece but when I do it again I want to use different beads.

    • @GinasGemCreations

      Hi, I use Toho seed beads. You can get them online...just do a search for them. I think you can get them at auntiesbeads.com, Amazon, eBay...

    I'm gonna try this with 8mm cubes (fancy stones from gűtermann). Wish me luck 😉😝

    I have 6 mm cubes. They are pretty tiny. Could they work in place of the 4 mm if I add more seed beads?

    • @GinasGemCreations
      @GinasGemCreations  8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, add a seed bead or two to each side of the base unit square and to the embellishment too. Several people have used larger cubes in this design and with slight modifications they have been successful.

      Hi, I buy my beads all over the place. I use eBay, Amazon, Firemountain, Potomac, znetshows.com, Chinesecrystalbeads, bluemud....pretty much anywhere I find a good deal and pretty beads.

      I am happy to know that it came together easily for you. That kind of feedback helps me know that the design is a good one. I always figure that if the piece work up easily for other people, then the design is sound.😜

    • @GinasGemCreations
      @GinasGemCreations  7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I would charge 50 dollars. But, that's a personal decision. It depends on the cost of your supplies and and time invested.

      Yes, try another, but if you want to try this later, use a size 12 needle and 6lb Fireline.😁
