They were my coworkers who came for me for standing up for people and being to celebratory/motivational at their successes. I stood up in a training and told a manager as ex Director of Hiring and Recruiting (now an agent) to mute someone in a domestic situation. Due to nepotism in ownership and management I was punished. I was bullied and sexually harassed by an owner and the new director of agency after my mentor died; Who had issue with me for no reason. We were both women of color, but she was a cold liar. No respect for the dead type . I poured my all even through all of it. I eventually resigned administration to become an agent. And after one of the owners attacked me without naming me and chastised me and another Black man who was vocal after they caused him to lose money, I said something and was disciplined again. I finally reported the harassment and bullying, and was released from the agency and designated to work as an independent contractor for a manager making pennies. I quit after they mistreated my family who were new hires. I was holding on out of passion and not wanting to give up. My family had lost my dad's income and I needed something. I eventually let it go and took the time to be unemployed to heal myself. Blessed because of my father as I've been my whole life, even after death. I went from assistant to Director of Admin and Hiring & Recruiting. I built all of Administration and P! And they did me! I'm finally feeling motivated to continue to build my empire. So, you are dead right. I'm not making time for anyone and swift to disconnect. Because I gave my all purely and they made me call God and watch until I healed to pray it off them, God move behind how they treated me. And pile 3 is me.
