That software is basically identical to the one for my QK65 V2 Classic HE. 🤭 It's amazing to see an HE keyboard for $65 with all of those options. It is very strange that they included north facing shine-through keycaps, but side-lit cherry are getting to be a lot more popular. I will probably cave and buy the white one and use my white/blue/purple side-lit Womier keycaps on it. I like how it sounds stock, so I bet it would sound pretty great with mods.
Agreed, I'm looking forward to coming back to it and seeing just how nice I can make it purr. Sounds and feel much better than the original keyboard I bought in this case/design, the Dukharo VN66.
just got mine today, i didn't expect the keyboard to have a good quality despite the low price. It's better than Redragon K617. I tried E-Yooso too. It was pretty good but the sound kinda like meh. But $43 for RT keyboard is a steal.
Thank you for the review! I just have a question, for the RGB options in the software, can you actually setup two different colors for the effects? For example, in the breathing effect, there's an option that says top color and another for bottom color, so,can you set up pink for top and teal for bottom?
I'm not quite sure what the top and the bottom means under breathing, it did not change the effect for me, though I do believe that an update is due soon.
I have a question. If i cuztomize the actuation by downloading the software on a pc and then plug the keyboard into an xbox will it save the actuation?
I program it in Windows and use it on my Linux workstation without issue, so I'm assuming the keyboard stores it in memory, like the majority of keyboards do, so I would assume that it does. I don't have a console to fully asses.
I've yet to find a reliable way to test input latency. All of the tools I tried never provide repeatable values within a small range, they are always all over the place. Do you know of a reliable tool?

@@Zimzim-v2x I can't tell you how to spend your money, but if you'd like to wait, the next review I have coming is the Luminkey Magger68, a 65% aluminum HE keyboard. Cheers!

Have you had any problems with the software? When I go to install it, windows recognizes it as malware.
Does WIndows say "Malware" or is is stating that it's an unrecognized app, Unknown Publisher?

Hi, very good video. one question, is this keyboard good for competive game?
I am not a gamer but those that are seem to appreciate halo effect or magnetic keyboards as it does allow you to set where the actuation occurs.
@@MechKeyboards thank you
Have you seen the Petrichor from AKB? Very very interesting rectangle.
I have but rarely take a look at group buy keyboards
@@MechKeyboards fair enough!
This feels like an amazing deal for only 70 bucks.
Can you test the input latency on it? How does it compare to other HE keyboards such as the Wooting or the Reddragon keyboards?

Hello I just bought mine today I have a question do you know how put the analog mode?
No, you'd have to reach out to Boyi for a response.
Can you make for the boyi 66 pro a latency test ?
I've not found anything reliable to measure latency; every tool I use always gives different values.
How can you use the macro i cant seem to start it
The macro has to be bound to a key on either the top layer or the function layer
TYSM I managed to make the macro start working
O yeah a other thing can you change the Daley on macro?

what switch is it?
It's pink and unbranded, I was unable to find any specs on it.

So far, how do you like it?
No complaints, I still have a couple of more HE keebs to test.

Hi,does this work on console?
It should but you'll have to reach out to Boti for confirmation as I do not have a console.
Alr thx
Hi, is this keyboard's body plastic?
Yes.
It is fast
I mean it is fast and how much it’s fast?
It states that it has an 8K poling rate.
