I just reverted from Catholicism myself. It has not been easy (my family is not happy), but it has been worth it. Doing the prayers is SO amazing, I think once you try the prayers your beautiful soul will be full of joy & contentment. I was afraid of going to the mosque at first because I had never been, but once I went everyone was so hospitable, so genuine. You have an amazing journey ahead of you. I will pray for you sister.

I've cried with you, tear for tear, so many times now sister of mine. Come home, your family is waiting eagerly for your return. Thank you for sharing your journey, as it is strenghthening my own faith at the same time. Sister, no one will answer for you on The Day of Judgement. They attacked Jesus and all the prophets and thier followers for believing in the truth. You nor I are better than them, so what can we expect but the same trials as them. Trust in Allah and adk Him for the strength and wherewithal to be firm and make that important step that your soul can no longer deny.

I am in your situation. But l have made my shahada and l have the sad task of letting them know at the next family gathering .l will if Allah gives me strength to let them know that I think that they should look for the truth. As a Muslim l can't force them to accept Islam. We are old so l think the urgency is on me to tell them briefly how l think that we are in the end times, and that they ought to look into Islam. I think you feel broken because Allah wants you to come to him. To have that special relationship with me. You are young and l have read the Quran but please listen to shiekh Iram "Jerusalem in the Quran". He has spent over 20 years in the study of the Quran and it's escapology.. l am in awe of his scholarly insight.He has found that the Quran has stated that Israel would reign twice, an age of supremacy and that in the second reign which is now will escalate into ww3. Please check out what his scholarly study of the Quran has led him to interpret Allah's message to Muslims.Some Islamic centers disagree but he puts this down to how they understand the verses of Allah. Today his insight cannot be overlooked.. He forecasted that Russia would come to the aid of the Muslims which is occurring right now in Palestine and that Coptic Christians who believe in one God are the people of the book. But not Catholic of which l use to be one, because they ascribe partners to God and put Jesus and The Virgin Mary over the worship of Allah. And we believe that Jesus will return shortly and that the false prophet that the Israeli people are exterminating Palestinians to make way for, will bring back the Golden Age of David and Solomon. How would Allah who gave them the Torah request this. The Torah, the Bible and lastly the Quran all came down from Allah. But whereas changes have been made to the Bible and Torah Allah promised that the Quran would be left unchanged. I wish l had of discovered Shiekh Iram's videos before now because l believe that l may have become Muslim long ago.Of course all things are from Allah.!!! He leads us to the path. If you want to know all about Prophet Muhammad( bpuh) his life, how he received the revelation, his followers and leadership passed down from him, then listen to Dr. Omar Suleman," The Firsts."Mashalla his knowledge and the telling of those times over 1400 years ago is inspirational and a joy to know about the lives, virtues, deeds and happenings at that time. I am so happy I found these on TH-cam. For me knowledge of these times and the personalities of the time of revelation has strengthened my faith because l try to lead a life as closely as l can to these wonderful "Firsts" who entered Islam.Thank you for your reaction. You are a good 40 years younger than me"l'm sure and l know the step is difficult especially as you have a husband and family. This life is a search for the truth a test. So listen to shiekh Iram. To me l am looking at a beautiful young lady with a beautiful soul. Allah put iman in all our hearts. Best wishes. Pray that l find my courage to present what l have learnt from Shiekh Imran. I will probably be ostracized but l can't face Allah who may ask me "You had the knowledge but you did not tell your family so that they might follow the truth.
