Some comments: I think Singed didn't try to save that axolotl thing with shimmer. Instead he used the thing's body to produce it while it was still alive. He was always kind of a dick.
Warwick's beast side is most likely literally the wolves that his body is made of plus trauma from undergoing that modification.
We don't really know how long Jayce was gone, what he learned while he was gone and what else might have happened to him. He might have good reasons.

  • @jakken666

Don't forget Jayce have been stuck in there for who knows how long and the imagry hint at possible different timeline Jayces merging. So he may know the truth about everything that we don't know. So i don't think he look at it like a scientist anymore because he have maybe seen the future and know where it leads if Victor keeps going.

Victor also essentially said he’s possessed. I think that must be at least partially true. He’s obviously not thinking rationally, at least. Actually, I think it’s most likely that Jayce’s actions in this episode will actually cause whatever horrifying thing he saw. Viktor is going to learn the wrong lessons from the events of this episode and try to cut out the humanity element.

@@matiasrostworowski5141 If there's one thing Jayce has shown us he's a master at, it's being manipulated... So I don't doubt for one bit that that's the case again.

  • @kinjo1

When Victor spoke to Singed Victor mentioned "fate" and a predetermined future while looking up to were Jayce will blow a hole through the roof.
He then talks about the "final evolution" and later in voice over about humanity.
Vicotor led Jayce to kill him in order to rid himself of humanity. That way he may transcend and achieve his "final glorious evolution"
That's how I interpret it at least, 3 hours left until I get the watch act 3

The beast entangled with Vander is a Murk Wolf (a two headed wolf), we see Singed hunting them in the last scene of episode 1 of season 2, and then working on multiple parts he extracted from the beast in the end of episode 2. (You asked why was he creating cancer, but it seems he was actually activating a super fast cell replication, which would explain how he was able to super-regen Vi's uppercut on their fight on episode 5)

If you are curious, the actual game is just a "non-canon" space where the characters are spawned. Their personalities and stories are kept the same and they can interact with each other but their power is balanced so everyone is relatively similar in strength, which is why you can have a human character like Jinx fighting a giant space dragon.
In the old lore that was retconned years ago, the "league of legends" was some sort of association formed so powerful characters from many different places could fight each other instead of destroying the world, the players were the "summoners" who controlled these champions, and every character had some reason to want to fight in it, but when the lore started to get bigger and more serious they thought this idea didn't fit anymore and removed it, basically making everything in the game a non-canon space with a bunch of lore references.

Isha did exactly what she always do. They planted this action the whole act.
    Isha is a fighter.
She survived as child labor in the mines, hence her mining hat. Probably toiling away in mines, never to see the sun. Having no one to protect yourself you look out for yourself first. You survive, no matter what.
You protect the only thing you love - yourself.
When the chembarons started to their infighting for power she saw her chance and got out, chased by their goons. She didn't want to succumb to the mines as she probably had seen so many of her peers do. Remember, this is no fairy tale, rose-shimmered fantasy. The world of Zaun is one of almost feral suffering and excruciating toil. But Isha was like a dandelion growing in the cracks. She wanted to feel the sun on her face. She was hunted by the goons, where ever she went. When chasing her through the pipes she came to a break and had to make a decision, either to follow with the goons back and certain death, or take a jump of fate
To protect the only thing she loved - herself.
    She decided to leap.
Then she fell into the arms of Jinx. Who gave her a shelter and more - a home. Jinx, with no one to love in her heart poured it instead of her little runt she brought home. Jinx hold became a home. Isha saw how Jinx became a symbol for Zaun and ever the fighter, she wanted to join Jinx in the fray. But if Mohammed didn't came to the mountain, the mouse did instead.
Isha had gotten something else to protect - her family.
As Jinx wanted to protect Isha, so Isha wanted to protect Jinx.Because they're family. Something Isha probably never had the luxury to feel, its comfort or its protective embrace. When Vander and Vi joined them, they became a part of the family. She wanted to protect them.
So in the end, when all chips where down, when she saw her family threaten,
    She didn't hesitate
    She decided
    She took the leap
To protect the only thing she loved - her family.

Caitlyn switched over the months between episode 3 and 4; we see this in ep 4 while she and Ambessa are talking in private. She keeps Ambessa's poison at a distance, overanalyzing things and trying to choose the path that reduces harm as best she can.
It isn't that Vi flips her immediately, it's that Caitlyn has already long since flipped away and needed the exact catalyst to fully escape the balancing act she has been in since. Her "punchline" if you will.

One note: although Viktor was working to retrieve Vander from Warwick, we see that Singed was standing in the little house where Vander had been. Not confirmed, but would make sense that Singed was the cause of Vander’s state with the magma. We see him looking at Isha seemingly trying to restrain himself, as well as attacking Jinx by mistake from getting stabbed by the Noxian soldiers. Mostly headcanon but makes the most sense to me, given all the cards laid out, that the reason for his lashing out was due to singed using the concoction he created on Vander, not the death of Viktor.

Ambessa has been gaslighting Caitlyn from the start, and she was clever enough to notice it.
Her arc is subtle that unfortunately most seem to miss it and are shocked she helps Vi, which even a moments thought shouldn't be surprising whatsoever.
How people don't see Caitlyn is on her side is beyond me, tbh, especially given everything we know and see about her over this act. She openly doubts Ambessa from the start of Ep4, and disagrees with her all the way through.
When she reunites with Vi it's the final piece she needed, and her entire demeanour changes in an instant.
It's all in the eyes with Caitlyn. Fortiche did amazing work with her, and sadly it just gets missed by everyone.

Remember when Singed said to Viktor "The mutation must survive", and Viktor was like okay he wants to save Rio. Later Viktor comes back and Rio is tormented and even further mutated, Viktor say "You did this?!?" and Singed replies "I thought you understood, the MUTATION must survive".
Here in EP6, Viktor says to Singed "I will not sacrifice his humanity for your cause". Does Singed hear that or does he hear "I will not sacrifice his humanity for YOUR cause" (But I will sacrifice his humanity for mine, as I have been sacrificing these people's humanity for my dream of a peaceful society).
Which does Viktor mean, which does Viktor say, & does Singed hear what Viktor means, or does Singed hear what Viktor says?

Every time you talk about cosmic mysteries, black holes, white holes, and that quantum weirdness, you've got me thinking you'd totally vibe with Outer Wilds game. it's basically a puzzle-box solar system you unravel by exploring and experimenting. Sometimes it can feel eerie, but it's not trying to scare you, just pushing you to understand more. It's got that same deep, brainy energy you seem to dig.
This episode really shook me by the way, like i never expected it to go that far. Your reactions adding so much to the experience, i love how genuine and thoughtful they are.

The original League lore was about a world that was controlled by sorcerers who created an institute of war, and to avoid that any nation in the world went to war in order to solve a dispute they would instead go to the institute and allow the sorcerers to posses their champions, plus other brought to fill the team, and whichever side won they would have their requests fulfilled; That's why players were known as summoners and there were summoner spells, because players were meant to be these sorcerers commanding the champions to solve their disputes. Eventually that concept proved to be extremely constraining for telling stories and developing characters, so about a decade ago or so that whole thing got ditched and the world of Runeterra is its own thing and summoners are no more. So the game is the game, and the story of the world works independently of whatever the game is about. At best, the character's dialogues are fun easter eggs and what if scenarios in case they encountered each other, but very few and far between are considered truly canon. It's best to not think that the game has anything to do with the story of the world and treat each as their own separate thing.

11:15 very good guess, that pretty much sums up League Viktor lore, and that may be what they're trying to adapt from that Viktor to this version of Viktor in Arcane. He always was about helping people from Zaun but he at some point realized humanity, specifically emotions were in the way of his work.
One time he became depressed and then realized his own emotions were affecting his work so he performed self surgery to remove his emotions from him.

Hey. I like your reactions. The reason their height was etched onto that seemingly random stone is because they are in their old neighborhood. Not far from where Vi and Cait happened to end up after Savika stabbed Vi in the stomach in season 1. The neighborhood is not recognizable due to shimmer abuse but the people who are here currently (who Viktor is healing) are the same ones who lived here beforehand. Those whose lives were ruined by shimmer. So Jinx and Vi are actually standing in the remnants of their childhood home in that scene. :-)

  • @Bhargos

Would you really consider Jayce killed them all ?
I mean, if killing Viktor is enough to kill them all, it means that Viktor initially killed them to heal them and put his conscience in it.
If they were still alive, they would still be after viktor vanishes.
Also, you can't consider jayce extreme and viktor not. Viktor has always been the most extreme one, wanted to give hextech to all and then going it's evil when it kills sky, and then fused with it and used it's power to kill dozens more the same way (just not eating the whole body this time 🤣).

4:05 well, not sure of this "science" stuff exists in LoL-Lore. My guess is - specifically with the mention of the ancient voice - that it is a Watcher and Jayce is Void touched. Tho that might not mean anything to you xd
7:2 he does. Unless they will rework his visuals (AND VOICE LINES), whatever this is, isn't his final form.
8:16 i always thought it would translate as "bringer of..." but yes, usually something like a Botshafter, but it tends to include some action rather than just information
12:05 don't you remember, the Singed ending scenes of the first Act?: 1 - he laid traps and a Murkwolf got injured (2headed wolf) cowering in a cave. 2 - the Remains of the Murkwolf were hanging in a ceiling, on the table there were removed fangs, eyeballs and it's twinheart, connected to Chemtech, 3 - WW/Vander was hanging from the ceiling, while singed infused his own blood in the Chemtech Tank of WW
22:02 I mean, is one an asshole if one doesn't intend it? While now he isn't "as far gone" as in is Game Lore, he is a man of science without he boundaries of Morals or Emotions
25:06 well they are not only her 3 rules, but whole noxus. it's lit. the 3 leaders xd
28:07 Noxus is also known for their Rune Wepons. Basically enchanted weapon (magical weapon if you will), with different attribues given, such as weightlessness. The green thing, is actually in Ingame Item, that amongst other things gives a lot of Magic Resistance and a shield. So it's depicted as absorbing the magic mostly (Arcane turned Hextech) here from Jinx' gun
28:50 I still think the probability of him being/becoming Urgot is there. Specially with Singed "on their side".
30:07 When they first figured out Hextech in S1 and started floating, this cog was the first thing that got teleported a short distance by the core.

Oh boy, there's quite a lot I have in mind regarding this one...
When you mentioned 'communism that works because people have no humanity', I remembered the Jedi teachings as they were described in KotOR 2 by HK-47. He stated that the Jedi were suppressing their emotions(even their code starts with "There is no emotion, there is peace"), while the Sith indulged in them, but both in the end stopped being humans in the common understanding. As I can understand, Viktor was attempting to achieve the same thing with his community, but 'externally', so to speak.
Regarding Sky, a lot of people thing that it's Hexcore manipulating Viktor and taking the image of Sky. I find it hard to believe, as the Arcane is being presented as a force of nature that doesn't really have the 'scheming' capability. My take so far is that it's something akin to a digitized consciousness, but through magical means. Not exactly Sky, but the closest approximation.
Finally, Viktor's powers spent on the people and their death after Jayce's shot. Viktor spending his own life force on people might be the cause of him being able to temporarily use them as proxies, because the Hexcore connected them. Since everyone is supported by the Hexcore's energy, a disruption at the core might cause a shockwave that kills everyone. I wonder what would happen if, in some way, every person in the community was enhanced by their own personal version of Hexcore, because the original one was 'awoken' by Viktor's blood back in season 1.
