Tiny triangle sandwiches with the crusts cut off, I used to hang around the kitchen table when my grandmother was preparing for high tea and eat the crusts.

I was in serious envy over all he sea glass i saw. I even saw some cobalt blue - my favorite.
Lovely beads. But when you held up the lovely glass stopper, I thought could that work as a sealer of wax.

Fleur, your beautiful Carnelian bead looks like a big, nearly ripe cranberry! Kate, I'm so glad you didn't clean the green that is trapped in the etching on your glass piece. It adds to the charm of it and makes it look so botanical.

Always makes me happy watching your videos. Don’t know why, just two lovely crafty ( in the nicest sense of the word) English ladies fossiking about on a beach in the cold for “treasures” in the eye of the beholder - and viewer. I get so delighted at a Niger Brothers Bead, a delicate tiny crystal bottle, a lead soldier, a small glass stopper…. Thank you for taking me on your journeys. I think I enjoy them almost as much as you, I DONT miss the cold and damp though! ❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉😊😊😊

I wonder if the toy vintage car was one of those land speed breaking race cars. Beautiful finds and so love the sherd stories, amazing story about that beautiful hotel. Such a shame it is long gone now.

What an incredible hotel. How decadent. We certainly don’t have those now. Once the Victorian and the 1920s left us with no style no art. I guess that would’ve been the art nouveau era. So much lost art.

My mother had many mother of pearl buttons. Just so sweet to see you always thinking of how you can use a find for the dollhouse. I say yes to the kitty doll!
Those interiors certainly look 1890’s. Very Victorian. An establishment would certainly have to update to keep up with the clientele and the twenties really made a break with their parents/grandparents. (Deco) ha! Very cool finds and video. Please keep digging.

Awe, always love your finds, but more than anything the sweet relationship with mom and daughter !🥹💕Watching today you went for the white bead, and said there was another, I saw a bead and thought oh yay she see’s there are two…then you reached for another bead, and it was not the one I was seeing 🥺😱😂..lol…I can only imagine doing this in real life…I am sure it is much harder than we realize to pick out what’s good stuff, and what’s trash, or pebbles, shell and various other things. Two treasures searching for treasure on treasure Beach. Beautiful skys. Interesting sherd. I travel around the South west coast alot and notice they are gradually knocking all the beautiful old victorian hotels down and building retirement apartments: breaks my heart. Especially in Newquay Cornwall and the Isle of Wight.

The wall paper in the picture with the large fireplace is amazing! the size of the poppies and leaves are huge! I wonder what the colors were! And it no way matched the wallpaper at the crown!

That's the best place ever. And even has tons of sea glass seen alot of blue. Could be there all day and not hardly move and just find gems
What a wonderful day of hunting the beach for astounding treasures! I'm so enjoying this time with you, Fleur and Kate. Each bead is such a sweet surprise. A helpful aid in picking up the beads with tweezers (coat the tips with silicone or hot melt glue). ( : As soon as it is possible, could you do a night hunt and take your UV light. It will surprise you how many things other than glass, will be effervescent, including seashells. Carnelian has always been one of my very fave stones ever. You two must certainly hold the record for most beads and gobies. It would be a fun (short) to see you two and Oscar play the American Ball & Jax game. Though different, it's based on your gobby game. It is super fun. ( : Looks like it wasn't as cold there as it has been. We have been seventy degrees in the daytime, for a couple days, but in the next couple days it's scheduled to snow at nearly sea level, in California. Thank you both, for being such a delightful interlude in these strange times.
Some beautiful beads for two champion mudlarkers. You were on a roll Kate, the beads were waiting for you and that intriguing piece of etched glass was quite something. Loved those colors in your carnelian bead Fleur, a real gem. Thank you guys for showing those fantastic attic sunsets, great photography.
Hi Ladies nice finds!! That one find that you called a Vance or urn for doll house. If you look at your stream at the end of your video. I see that it looks like one of those Madagascar ring tail lemurs. I see arms down the side and legs and eyes. Watch the video at the end in between the words going by. 😊

Your small green "strain type" insulator was likely used on a guy wire that anchored and stabilized a large radio antenna. That's a very good color for one of those. Nice find. I'm jealous.
Loved all your finds and the photos and info of the shard you found, yo two are a joy and bring the most unlikely things interesting, thank you., I could see the dolls foot as a plant pot for the floor, paint the nails and match it to the colour of the plant.

It has been a bit of a bleak day here, so I have been rewatching a lot of your older videos that cheer me every time..just pure joy on weekends when you post on both channels! I love beads and buttons. I will collect them whenever and wherever I can. I do use them though when I make lampshades, do my crazy, slow stitching on denim clothing. Otherwise I'd be drowning in them 😁Love the idea of making the cats head into a doll. Thank you for another awesome episode 😊 xx

The food items you mentioned are popular family fare. If you Google the Titanic menu, I think you will find a better example. I tried the Ritz, London 1929, as that was the year Putting on the Ritz was composed. You should see the rooms, but, could find no menus.
