Love the caps and the history - thanks for sharing! Question: I often see that great Grays cap reproduced or pictured as being black, as in the EFF model. I don't know of any color photos of the Grays of that era, but I am aware of surviving jerseys that use navy felt and piping, not black. I'd love to know more about the story and research behind the cap being back, not navy. Oh, and I picked up one of the reproduction satin Royals caps back when EFF made a batch - what a unique bit of baseball history!
