My iPad and my iPhone don’t have any of these options in the Messenger Settings. There is an option under the heading Account Settings that says Your Information and permissions but there are no options to say Allow or any of the headings in your video so it hasn’t fixed my problem

allow permission and uninstall and reinstall. how about install and allow permission. Your demo does not solve the problem you outline. reported for fake news.
