Why not run exhaust?
Heal falls off massively late game, you have a heal support.
Most champs one shot you and exhaust helps you survive late game or get out of trouble.

I dont play adc but when the riot gods decide to autofill me this is the build im usually rocking this makes tristana feel more like an assassin than an adc

He was trying to say if you lvl E as your first spell it might mess up your CS cuz of the splash dmg 😑 and you don't need to use e on the minions you can aa and get all 3 and save your E.

i am very very new to this game, ive never played a game similar to it either and ive been playing the ADC roll for a while, i tried other lanes and it just looked liked i was inting for feeding. id love some advice on ADC champs to play. i currently am OK at tristana and jinx but the only person i have to teach me is my fella but he has to also consentrate on his lane, its all very confusing XD

I'd recommend MF, Caitlyn or sivir

They each fill a different "job". Cait has a steady Laning phase and scaling, and is pretty safe. MF has big dmg and AOE ult and sivir has amazing wave clear and an ult that speeds up your allies.
